Perfect Spot

Wonderful home away from home me and my family (ages 4 to 54) found it cozy, comfortable and roomy enough to spread out. There's also a patio out back where I enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails a few times. The house is probably 20 minutes or less from anything you wanna do. Also the host Mr. Ro a nice guy gave us great recommendations for food and hangout spots. He was very professional and passionate about his place. A good spot to call home when visiting the NOLA!

Nola Vacation

We had a group of 13 and this property was absolutely perfect for us! We all slept comfortably (even those who utilized the futons/couches) and the size of the property was perfect for our group. The home was clean, and everything functioned perfectly. It was located in a wonderful neighborhood, and no more than a10-15-minute drive to all the festivities. The property owner was extremely helpful and responded instantly to any calls/texts. I will definitely be utilizing this property in the future!

Nice and quiet!!

I came for mardi gras weekend and it was nothing short of a great time. The host was very responsive and respectful since I had to add a couple extra people last minute. It fit everybody in my party comfortably and the area was nice and quiet. Will be booking again for next year's mardi gras. I just wish I could've taken the beads but I understand that it was or decoration lol

New Orleans Spacious Property

The property is very spacious and is easily able to sleep multiple adults with separate rooms for privacy if needed. It also has an alarm which made me, and my guess feel secure. The property is located close to Lake Pontchartrain as well as a short drive to downtown. The property has been recently updated which made it feel modern. The property had adequate dishes, cleaning supplies as well as enough bath towels for 8 people. The host was very nice and accommodating. He was very communitive as we had several questions as this was my first stay in New Orleans. The host made sure the property was clean and ready on-time for our arrival.

Great place to stay!

Me and my family came to New Orleans for a wedding. This place was in a quiet neighborhood and the house was very nice and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great Time!

The flexible check in was great. The rooms fit us but realistically only sleep 4 couples. We had a large group of 9. But all the pull out couches and futons made up for it. Super clean, up to date features. Distance from Bourbon St was about a 10min drive. Although the area itself was not the greatest, nor were any of the roads, the house was very nice. Cost to location was way better than all others in the area.

My birthday weekend

Great stay! House was very clean, fresh towels and linen. we had no issues with anything. Location was close to all the amenities we wanted to do. Guest contact was straight to the point no bothering us while we we’re there, was a plus. We’ll definitely book with them again in the future.

The home was very clean. The one thing that wasn't expected was the location.

The property is very clean and we had more than enough space for everyone. The home is located in a quite neighborhood with very little traffic. Even though I was not expecting it to be outside of the suburbs, I would highly recommend this property.

Holiday get-away

Great location, and plenty of space inside. Canal Street was only a few miles…take Uber or Lyft. There is a community grocery store that is in walking distance…it has everything you can think of that a large grocery store my have. We really enjoyed our stay, and would book again.

Amazing Stay

We had a great time staying here. Plenty of room for 10 guys and a great, quiet neighborhood that we enjoyed a lot. Owner was very accommodating and made everything an absolute breeze. Just a short Uber ride to everything we were looking for. Would highly recommend!

Exactly what we expected

This home was exactly what we expected. It was very spacious and clean. The owner communicated very well and promptly. The neighborhood was very quiet . It took us about 13 minutes to get to canal and bourbon by Uber so the location was perfect . A family member left her watch and we contacted the owner and he had it sent to Houston. I will most definitely book again. Thank you Again Mr. Womack.

Friends Gathering

Overall, the property served our needs. We were surprised that there was a small 2 cup coffee pot. For our group of 7, we had to make several pots so that everyone could have a cup of coffee in the mornings. There was also only a couple of coffee cups. The kitchen had very limited dishware, like a mixing bowl or anything with any lids. The property was not as clean as would have expected. The instructions to access the internet was incorrect and I had to contact the owner to get it. When we arrived, the door to the patio was locked and we had to contact the owner to have it unlocked. The trash can on the patio was full of trash. One of our guests emptied it so the flies would not be there. The location was great for our needs and we all had ample sleeping arrangements.

Quiet, Roomy, and Comfortable

This location was roomy for a large group, and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. It is not a fancy location but meets all the needs well. The owner has thought of extra things like more chairs available, and many towels and washcloths. The backyard was nice since as it is all fenced in.

Great Location for a Great Price

Our group really enjoyed staying at this property during Mardi Gras. It was large enough to house us all with room to spare and had a fantastic backyard. Short ride to french quarter, and the price was phenomenal. Thanks again!

Great experience!

I stayed at this property and it was super clean. I completely forgot to text the property owner to get the entrance code, but, the owner responded almost immediately. Which was great! The backyard was something my party really enjoyed! It was peaceful and felt home-like. My sister left her necklace behind and the owner mailed it back to us with no problem! I definitely wouldn’t mind going back to this property!

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The communication was fluid and the neighborhood was very quiet. However, we had to constantly ask the Host to switch between the A/C and heat due to the weather changing everyday. Also, there was no ironing board available so we had to use the coffee table.
