Per building rules, each unit includes 1 physical key and 1 fob. But don’t worry! Our smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access ( Please note that it only works with US numbers). Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).
Towels: Please note that washcloths are not provided.
Noise Policy: Parties or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. Excessive noise may result in building fines, which will be charged to the responsible guest.
Main Guest Check-In Requirement:
The main guest must be pre-registered and present at check-in. If the registered guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will apply to update the reservation at the front desk.
