Malheureusement, le stationnement n'est pas inclus et nous sommes heureux de partager notre excellente option dans le lot adjacent. (La plupart des parkings de la région ne permettent pas l'entrer et la sortie et sont facturés à l'heure, ce qui rend notre option idéale). Ce fut un plaisir de vous accueillir et nous espérons que vous nous rendrez visite à nouveau bientôt !

As mentioned during check-in and in the welcome email sent prior to your booking, the fobs are necessary to enter the apartment and are provided by our site manager. We understand that demagnetization can occur if the fob is placed next to a mobile device, but this issue can be quickly resolved by visiting the security office for reprogramming. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Regarding the payment process, VRBO requires a 30% deposit upfront, and for security purposes, we collect the remaining balance in person by swiping the card. This is a recommended practice by our attorneys and VRBO itself, as it helps prevent fraudulent activity that unfortunately occurs in Miami.
