Great view and access to the deck, pet-friendly A perfect place to eat in if you want, with plenty of room. The laundry room features a washer and dryer, allowing you to pack less. The unit is well-maintained. We would definitely stay again!

Rex and Tori were super helpful with answering my questions about the area and their property. We have stayed at many VRBO locations, and never had a bad experience. However, not all of them felt as inviting. This condo is great! We were very comfortable and loved the deck! (Side note: bring bath soap and salt and pepper.)

This condo building is well-kept, and the elevator made for easy access to the 4th floor. We enjoyed the deck (it's huge); there's some traffic noise, but it dies down in the evening. Inside, the space is open with tons of windows, so lots of light. Well set up for 5 adults to play board games etc together, or to read separately. A short walk from the beach, handy to the Wright Memorial and near lots of restaurants. Would stay here again!

Great stay for a great week at the beach

The property was very comfortable, clean, fully equipped, & everything worked. The elevator is convenient from your parking spot to your front door. The neighborhood is centrally located, and the beach is right across the street (property is not 'beachfront'). No qualms recommending it.

Balcony view was not scenic of ocean or dunes... just parking lots and streets. Parking was good, safe, and plentiful. Property needed some maintenance: one toilet did not work; steam shower did not turn on; screen door in MBR was broken; entry level door way had an elevated riser to get in door (difficult for mobility challenged guests); and bath tub in twin bedroom was extremely slick & slippery. Property needs a luggage cart.

Welcome to the land of beginnings also known as the Outer Banks. We would like to begin with a warm welcome to you, your family and kids with fur (dogs) at Victoria's Place.
My husband Rex and I began our journey together in marriage with our three children twins Brandon & Brittany and Catherine, in August 1996.
My husband Rex a retired A 4 fighter pilot, United States Marine Corps and also a past president of the First Flight Society, and myself Tori a licensed cosmetologist who also traveled the world with my Family while my Father served in the United States Army.
The last eighteen years on the Outer Banks together we have owned & operated Outer Banks Cable Ad, The Beach Book, The North Beach Sun News Paper, Air Raid Aerials ( A drone high definition aerial photography) as well as developing Condominiums and the luxurious Condominiums know as Victoria Place.

So grab your sun tan lotion and your flip flops and come to Victoria Place where your Hair gets lighter, Your Skin gets darker, the Water gets warmer, the Drinks get colder, the Music gets louder and the Nights get longer.
