Make memories with your loved ones at this oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Wake up and wind down with amazing sunrises and sunsets on both sides of the unit! Enjoy a beverage and watch dolphins play from the over-sized patio.

The master bathroom offers a king-size bed and its own private bath while the second bedroom contains a king bed. There is also a fold-out couch in the living room (queen-sized). The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, three flat-screen TVs, cable and wireless internet, an in-suite washer and dryer, and beautiful patio furniture where you can take in all the views!

Linens (bath towels, sheets, washcloths) are included. Bring your clothes and toothbrushes and we will do the rest! This is vacation: simplified!

Our unit is within easy driving distance of many wonderful local attractions: Jockey’s Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Oregon Inlet, Coquina Beach and many great restaurants and shopping establishments. We’re right where you want to be!

Please note that we do not allow smoking of any kind. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.

Good communication from host in advance of trip. Easy to connect with on-site manager if needed— though we didn’t need anything. Beautiful property, great view from balcony, super close beach access. Able to walk or drive to local stores and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay! Beach access is great and the condo had everything we needed.We traveled with our dog, there was a large grassy area where we could take her out. She loves the beach and the unit is literally steps away.Having two full bathrooms was a plus for our family. We were in walking distance to restaurants an a quick drive from shopping, mini golf, and other places to eat.The unit is on the side of the building but you could see the ocean! Host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Check in and out were easy! Would stay again!

Took our two pups- we normally stay in kitty hawk at the Hilton - but this time we wanted to try something new and im so glad we did. This location is soooo good and the owners are wonderful. We will absolutely book with them again.

Great Stay!

Great stay at the property - well stocked for the kitchen and clean and large space! The location is amazing as well with a pool and the beach steps away! The only thing of note is that there are a few houses next door off the patio with 20ish people staying in each and it got pretty loud in the evening/not quite as private but no issues with noise once inside/sleeping - just for awareness.

We had a great time ! It was so nice being about to walk outside directly on the beach. The guys enjoyed the game room. The owners had great communication with us before, during and after our visit. We would definitely rent this condo again !

1 Star – One of the Most Disappointing VRBO Experiences We’ve HadWe chose this property expecting a clean, relaxing vacation home. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite.From the moment we arrived, the property was dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our check-in. The condition of the home immediately raised concerns and left us questioning whether it had been prepared for guests at all. After paying a premium for our vacation, this was an incredibly disappointing way to begin our stay.We contacted the host promptly and gave them an opportunity to address the issues. Rather than acknowledging our concerns and working toward a solution, we felt our complaints were met with excuses instead of meaningful action. We were hoping for professionalism and a sincere effort to make things right, but that did not happen.When VRBO became involved, our experience became even more frustrating. From our perspective, the information the host provided to VRBO did not accurately reflect what occurred during our stay. We also understand that the host ended a call with a VRBO representative instead of continuing to work toward a resolution. Whether or not that affected the outcome, it reinforced our impression that guest satisfaction was not a priority.Another disappointment was the setting of the property. The home overlooked several neighboring houses and swimming pools, offering very little privacy. There was frequent noise from the s

Location is Everything

Great condo in the heart of KDH with restaurants and shops in short walking distance and the beach at your door step. Quiet, well-maintained community. Despite the tropical storm we had a fantastic week at the beach!

Wonderful Experience

My daughter and I made our first trip to OBX and had a wonderful experience. The property was extremely convenient to the area, was very clean and well-furnished and the management company was quick to respond to any questions we had. We plan to return to OBX over the summer and will definitely use them again!

2nd Visit to Ocean Haven

This was our second visit to Ocean Haven. We loved it so much the first time, we came back again! This is truly a spectacular property. It's clean. It's spacious. It's dog-friendly. The owners are super accessible and responsive. The community has everything you need, from the pool to the gym. It just makes the whole experience so easy. We'll be back again! Highly recommend!!!

Oceanfront Oasis

This complex is AMAZING! Pool, Gym, Game Room and much more! Condo is right in the middle of everything. Ocean Haven itself was spotless when we arrived. Clean and fresh. It was spacious. We had everything we needed from towels to linens along with preparing our meals! Communication with Joe and Aaron was a breeze. Our family really enjoyed our time here! We've already re-booked!

Kill Devil beach vacation

Good location. Easy access to beach. Condo amenities nice. Patio oriented so it is cool in the morning to enjoy coffee outside. Host and staff very responsive. Only issues were some things not clean. initial supplies not provided although host responded quickly. Tub in second bath did not drain. Although advertised for 6 people definitely more suited to max of 4.

New Years Getaway!

Our time spent at Ocean Haven was much needed. Our family had everything we needed during our stay— the kitchen and condo itself was well stocked. It had everything we needed for family meals! We also got to bring our family dog with us— kids loved this! There also a ton of parking at the property. We loved that there were multiple elevators, a game room along with a gym! All unexpected but throughly enjoyed by our family. There is also a pool outside as well. Communication with Joe and his team was flawless. The condo was clean. The views were spectacular and the beach access was private as well! We’ve already booked our next stay!

Wonderful Condo Ocean Front in the Outer Banks

My wife, son (age 13) enjoyed our stay in our first visit to the outerbanks. We are lifetime North Carolinians and finally made it the Outer Banks. We had a great time. The condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The home is well appointed. Parking is very easy in the garage with elevator access to the main floors. I've already recommended this home to my sister and a work colleague. The owner was very responsive. We had no issues, but he followed up with us during our stay and after our stay to ensure we were all set. The communication upon booking was top notch as well. We will stay here again on our next visit. Only regret is we hadn't visited the OBX earlier. We will be repeat guests and are grateful to have had the experience to share with our family. Thank you!
