The villa was built in 1880 in the Wilhelminian style. In 1994, it was stylishly and lovingly restored and welcomes its guests. The 72m² apartment in the villa is located in a fantastic location, above the beach promenade of Sassnitz, with panoramic views of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique view of the Baltic Sea and the harbor from the 24m ² panoramic roof terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster. There is a large double bed in the bedroom. In the dining room is a sofa bed as an extra bed for 2 children up to 16 years ready.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
