Die Wohnung ist äußert modern, hochwertig und schick ausgestattet. Alles wirkt sehr neu und gepflegt. Man hat findet alles, was man benötigt, selbst einen großen Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer - in vielen Ferienwohnungen fehlt einem der Stauraum, das ist hier gar nicht der Fall. Der Ausblick auf die Ostsee und den Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und auch schnell an der Seebrücke und der Promenade zum Hafen und zum Steinstrand von Sassnitz.
