The apartment is absolutely wonderful. The area is quiet and close to the light rail. Walking distance to grocery store, food and coffee. Nate is excellent at communicating and checked in frequently during my stay. I will absolutely stay with this host again

I stayed here for a 12 week internship and it was a great stay! Apartment was clean when I arrived, you could check-in at anytime, and I didn't have to go buy anything after I arrived since everything needed was supplied and new! Having the light rail nearby was also VERY convenient.

Great spot! Convenient to the train. Quiet neighborhood. felt very safe. I work from home and the WiFi was great. Parking was easy and right next to the building. Would recommend. Home was well equipped with what was needed. Host went above and beyond by providing some toiletries and some tea. I was ill when I arrived, so the tea was such a pleasant and helpful surprise.

Great value

This unit was recently updated with fresh paint and furnishings. There was everything you’d need to spend a while there! I was there over a month. It’s a block from the light rail that runs from Sea-Tac airport to the city of Seattle. This area is under a lot of development and is a busy place but I felt safe here. The neighbors can be loud and some had some less desirable hobbies, but the hosts were very willing to solve issues. The deck outside was nice with a view of a nice little yard space. There is a nice breeze at night with the windows open. This space is a little aged, but it’s a great value. There was an old kind of smell, but the hosts reimbursed for air fresheners, which helped quite a lot.

Hello Maison! Thank you for the feedback. It was a pleasure hosting you! The neighbors you speak of have moved and were quite once the HOA caught wind of this. I wished you accepted our offers to provide you a complementary professional deep clean while you were visiting. We have never had these complaints in the past. We have a 5 star average on AirBNB with over 25 stays. We take pride in our service. We have since made improvements to the apartment. Your feedback was valuable and hope we can host you again in the future!
