We had a wonderful stay. Location near Bobcaygeon and Fenlon Falls is excellent. Lots for kids to do on property - lily pad, slide and especially the playscape. I would recommend it.

My group of friends had a great time at Mike and Anna’s cottage. We had an amazing time lounging on the dock everyday and we especially loved floating on the lily pad. The cottage was spacious and we loved having breakfast and playing games in the dining table nook. Overall we loved our stay and Mike and Anna were super communicative and also helped us quickly order a new hair dryer and help return one of our friend’s forgotten belongings after we checked out :)

This Cottage has everything for everyone especially kids age small to teen! Very clean cottage with lots of Space & lots of beds for everyone we traveled as group of 9 - 6 adults n 3 kids age 13 & 9 was perfect. They loved running around up n down play tag n hide n seekKitchen has everything u need and a Mickey mouse toaster was very cute! Water frontvew is great & lots of toys to use as listed to use Anna the host is full contact all the time if needed & is very accommodating would definitely head back here one year it was Great !!Town is 10 mins away as well easy to get to :)

Great spot. We enjoyed our stay and would go again. Dishwasher and laundry would be nice. No towels means no towels. They did not have anything for the kitchen while doing dishes or hand towels. One of the sets of stairs going into the water is very slippery. The other is not secured properly.

What a view! This place had an ideal outside set up for families. The play structure, water slide, lilly pad, yard games and firepit were a big hit for the kiddos. Lots of space to run around. Highly recommend water shoes for a more enjoyable experience in the lake.Host was great to communicate with, and made clear the house rules and amenities. Important to note ahead of time that you need to bring all linens, towels and pillows. There is also no dish washer and its important to note the landfill schedule ahead of time to avoid any surprises.

The cameras were not disclosed and they were facing where my family gathered and hung out.I was concerned about the lack of privacy . The sensor light attached to the camera was on especially at night attracting many bugs with no option to shut it off. Having to dispose of the garbage was an inconvenience . The kids loved the water and there was lots of space for the 12 of us

Great cottage for family get-together

Plenty of beds for sleeping, lots of seating for meals and nice warm water to swim off the dock. And very close to Bobcaygeon if you need to run out for a few groceries. Overall a perfect place for a family reunion.

Our family, 6 adults and 4 boys, all under 9 spent the last of June and through July 4 on Sturgeon Lake in the Kawarthas. The cottage is spacious, well equipped and given the extreme heat the AC made our stay quite comfortable. We were blessed with great weather which meant lots of swimming, play on the water mat and time outside in the spacious yard kicking soccer balls, tossing baseballs, frisbees and honing our skills with the axe throwing target game. In the evenings the boys enjoyed catching and releasing perch, rock bass and sunfish off the dock, then it was to the firepit for a campfire. During our stay we visited Sheffield golf course and we capped off our last day at “Just for the Halibut” one of several eateries in Bobcaygeon. Our hosts, Anna and Mike were a pleasure to work with and responded promptly to the few questions we had during our stay. Truly a great week!Gary H

I had a group of 12 girls. We had a great stay. Location was perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice, the upstairs is very open & great for a big group. The outside & dock area are the best. Don’t forget to bring your own pillows, blankets & towels!

This property was a great location. The lot is level and the water close. Stairs for young and old to access the lake. Lots of room in the cottage and quiet street. Boat dock so handy for water skiers.

Great girls getaway

Friends and I stayed at the property and it was great and had almost everything we needed. There is no on sight laundry so everything needed to be brought in (bedding, towels, hand towels etc) but otherwise there was lots for our group to do like swim or play on the lily pad. We would book again!

Perfect for Kids!

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. It's really well set up for small kids, they were never bored and the swimming area was great! Baby gate, booster seat and pack and play were super useful for our smallest guest too. The cottage itself was clean and more spacious than we anticipated. We would love to book again next year.

Anna’s property was exactly what we wanted. Beautiful waterfront with all amenities needed. Communication with Anna was easy and she responded promptly. My group commented all weekend on how great everything was. Would definitely recommend
