Be sure to bring your boat as there is approximately 150’ of canal waterfront property and large dock. Located just 6 minutes from the beach and water access via the canal to Matagorda Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Food trucks and restaurants close by as well.

This home has the ability to sleep a family or group of up to 6, with 1 King, 1 queen-sized beds and 2 twins in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom configuration. There is a television in the living room and a washer and dryer in an air conditioned room on the ground floor. There is a large sitting area down stairs.
