I have stayed here several times. The sunsets are beautiful as well as the sunrises. I always catch fish. The pier is well lit and there is a fishing light for night fishing.The check-in is easy, Kate Allen (host) is always available in case you need something.The house is very clean and plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked as well.Definitely my "go-to" vacation home.

We always have a great time in Sargent but this is the 2nd time we rented this house!! It is a great fit for my family! We had fun fishing, but not a lot of luck. My husband caught 3 keepers a flounder, one slot red, and a speckled trout! We will definitely be back!Thanks Kate for such a beautiful, clean rental and for taking care of us!

Perfect house for a weekend fishing trip with my husband. Parking was good for a dually truck and bay boat. Home was clean and stocked well with essentials. Nice porch with creek view and partial canal view.

We had a great stay at the Fishing House. House was very clean and well stocked. The fishing started slow but ended up doing pretty good. I would definitely stay again.

Fishin' House

Wonderful property, good fishing from the dock. Lots of wind during our stay, but that's not the house's fault. One improvement I would like to see is an extension of the walkway to the pier so you don't have to wade through the water at high tide.
