About this property

Spacious finca in a breathtaking location on the first line of the cliff

Our house has a 180 degree sea view and is located on a cap on the edge of the wild landscape of a natural park area, Parc Natural de Mondrago. The park is famous for its beautiful beaches and beautiful hiking trails. Here you can enjoy carefree and peaceful holidays far away from stress and mass tourism in a tastefully furnished holiday home of more than 200 square meters including roof terraces. The cut of the house is Mediterranean, open and bright. The decor is based on Spanish traditions. There is a private small pool, a 700 square meter garden surrounded by natural stone and lots of privacy. The three sheep bedrooms all have exits to the terraces and each have a bathroom with shower or bath. There is also a baby cot and a high chair. Each bedroom has a fan and the sea breeze usually also provides cool air during the nights. The beaches are part of Parc Natural and just 1.5 km from the house. You can make beautiful walks or walks and jump into the water near the cliff. The picturesque fishing village of Cala Figuera is about 3 km from our house. It is a nice walk of about 45 minutes. The medieval town of Santanyi with its colorful market is 7 km from our house. Here you will find supermarkets, many good restaurants, cafes and beautiful shops and art galleries. The drive to Palma de Mallorca takes about 50 minutes. Enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty of the sea and coastal scenery in the house and know that culture and city life are not far away!

Es ist eine schöne Finca, Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, es fehlt auch sonst nichts. Der Ausblick von der Dachterasse ist traumhaft. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Meerblick

Wir haben eine erholsame Urlaubswoche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat eine sensationelle Lage an den Klippen mit Meerblick und so war unser Lieblingsplatz die Dachterrasse mit der schönen Aussicht -am Abend bei einem Gläschen Wein. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Man merkt gleich, dass die Besitzer hier auch einige Monate im Jahr verbringen. Insofern war die Ausstattung top und nicht mit den oftmals rar ausgestattet Ferienquartieren zu vergleichen. Man durfte die Fahrräder nutzen, um an den nahe gelegenen Strand im Naturschutzgebiet zu fahren. Der Pool ist toll zur Abkühlung und so haben wir auch gerne viel Zeit am Haus verbracht, zumal es durch einen leichten Wind auch bei Hitze unter dem Vordach prima auszuhalten war. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war prima und auch die Betreuung vor Ort top. Wir hatten selten ein so perfektes Quartier. Erholung ist also bereits durch die Wahl dieses Hauses garantiert. Die Umgebung bietet viel: Santanyi ist ein wirklich netter Ort und der Markt sehr schön. Wir haben auch an einer interessanten Führung durch die Salinen teilgenommen und dieser Besuch war ebenfalls lohnenswert. Die nahegelangenden Strände SAaramador (unverbaut) und Cala Mondrago sind sehr schön und durch einen gemauerten, schön angelegten Weg am Meer verbunden. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden in jedem Fall gerne wieder buchen, wenn wir wieder in diese Region reisen.

Sehr erholsame Wochen in toller Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man für eine schöne Zeit benötigt! Die Lage war für uns sehr super! Ein wunderschöner Strand in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad ( es stehen Fahrräder zur Verfügung!) zu erreichen. Abends sind wir gern nach Cala Figuera gegangen (35 Minuten zu Fuß). Santanyi mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten. Eine wirklich tolle Lage. Alles sehr sauber und - für uns sehr wichtig - sehr gute Matratzen für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Chilloase mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer

Wir kennen die Gegend, in der das Ferienhaus sich befindet, schon seit 20 Jahren. Bisher hatten wir immer die gleiche Unterkunft direkt am Leuchtturm. Die gibt es jetzt nicht mehr. Auf der Suche nach einer neuen Chilloase haben wir jetzt zum Glück dieses Haus gefunden. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage direkt am Meer und der traumhafte Blick aufs Meer, ebenso die Nähe zum von uns geliebten Strand S'Amarador machen das Objekt einzigartig. Das Haus lädt auf jeden Fall zum Wiederkommen ein.

Schöne Finca mit Meerblick in angenehmer Urbanisation . Lage perfekt , leider nur sehr kleiner Pool , nicht geeignet zum Schwimmen . Grossartige Dachterrasse , gut ausgestattete Küche . Wassertemperatur und Druck waren niedrig - ersteres liess sich jedoch nach Rücksprache zügig korrigieren . Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr zuverlässig und verbindlich .

Wer Ruhe sucht der findet sie hier!

Wunderschöne Finca in sehr ruhiger Lage mit traumhaften Ausblick.Mit den vor Ort zur Verfügung gestellten Rädern ist man in ca 10 Min. am Strand und mit dem Mietwagen erreicht man Santanyi recht fix um hier einzukaufen oder über den schönen Wochenmarkt zu bummeln. Sehr empfehlenswerte Finca mit freundlichen Vermietern und Ansprechpartnern vor Ort!

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am parc natural de Mondrago

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Grosszügiges Haus mit 3 Badezimmern (!), also auch ideal für mehrere Personen. Ist in Fussdistanz zu Cala Figuera, aber ein Mietwagen ist dringendst zu empfehlen. Sehr effiziente Kommunikation mit Vermieterin und Vor-Ort Betreuung.

Excellent communication from both property owner and manager. Met on arrival and given a tour of the property and advice on places to walk to get in the sea etc. It’s about a 15 minute walk or a short drive. There is a snack bar at the first beach (playa de S’armarador) or from this beach there is a path that leads around to Cala Mondrago another 5 minutes were there is a larger restaurant/bar. They are open all day/evening. Santanyi has lots of bars/restaurants and we used Lidl and Eskoski supermarkets. We also walked to Cala Figuera. There is a step, stepped path down to the harbour but it’s beautiful. We enjoyed a long lunch so got a taxi back to the villa for 12 euros. The villa feels private and there is a good view from the balcony. The pool is small and solar heated….perfect for cooling off. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall a great place to relax and unwind.

Prachtig huis op een superlokatie

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit prachtige huis. De lokatie is geweldig. Zoveel mooie plekjes in en om het huis. Het uitzicht was een feestje. Fijn dat het huis zoveel privacy bood. Enige nadeel waren de muggen.

Tolles Haus in schönem Ambiente

Unsere Wünsche wurden voll erfüllt. Entspannter Urlaub fern ab vom Ballermann-Image mit vielen tollen Stränden in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit freiem Blick auf Klippen, Meer, Leuchtturm und Sternenhimmel. Zu empfehlen für alle die Ruhe nicht nur suchen, sondern auch finden wollen ....

Wer absolute Abgeschiedenheit sucht, findet hier das Richtige.

Einerseits hervorragende Lage in der Natur und andererseits eine kaum bewohnte (verlassene) Urbanisation. Keine Infrastruktur. Unfreundliche bis anmaßende Verwaltung in Person von Monika.
