Charming Studio in Roanoke Terrace

Recently renovated, adorable studio apartment above our 2-car detached garage. We are located in the scenic Roanoke neighborhood, one of the safest neighborhoods in Joplin. Large trees, character, and beautiful historic houses await you. We are within short driving distance to both hospitals and walking distance to historic downtown Joplin and Ozark Christian College. Private entry and charming decor in a fresh, new space.
The space
The property is a renovated 2nd floor studio with queen bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. There is also a spare air mattress provided for your convenience. While we do not have traditional cable, you are also welcome to access our personal Netflix or Hulu streaming accounts.
Guest access
Shared backyard area with grill, private entry to the detached apartment over the garage. Kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, Keurig, French press, and plenty of cabinet space.

Access is most easily made from the alley, entering off of Sergeant Avenue. Off-street parking is available in our private driveway, especially convenient for loading and unloading your luggage.
Other things to note
We have two dogs that are mainly inside dogs, but you may briefly see them outside in the back yard. No pets have been inside the apartment, so this would be a great option if you are allergic to dogs or cats.

Full disclosure: the hot water heater is on the smaller side. Lavish, hour-long showers are probably not in the cards currently.
