The Luxury beachfront apartment is located in the most cosmopolitan area in Larnaca - Mackenzie just opposite the Mediterranean beach.
The Mackenzie area is the most lively place to be, providing you with a variety of fresh Mediterranean food (other cuisines as well) coming from top chefs in the whole world.
There are plenty of restaurants, beach bars and cafes to chill during any time and enjoy the sound of beach waves.
A lot of water-sport activities are also near by for some exciting time.
15 minutes walk by the beach from Larnaca City centre.
The apartment is newly refurbished, marble dressed giving the sense of cleanliness. All the furniture are brand new and super comfortable.
The free luxury coming with it is the breath-taking endless sea view.
There is also a balcony for the smokers and a parking space.
