The accommodation (3 bedrooms in total) is on the 1st floor in a 2 family house and an older lady lives on the ground floor. The bathroom and the kitchen are for common use. Leipzig can be reached in about 1 hour by public transport, half an hour by car, the airport is 10-15 minutes by car, by bus in about 25 minutes. Please shoes in the hallway area of the 1st Put the FLOOR down, slippers are on the ground floor, please wash used dishes and put them back in the cupboard, utensils are there, thanks

Hi, hatten die Unterkunft für 6 Nächte gemietet. Unten im EG befindet sich ein Thai-Massagesalon. Dieser war bei Bestellung nicht beschrieben und wurde nach Beschwerde darüber nachträglich hinzugefügt. Der Eingang wird geteilt, die Monteursschuhe der "Kunden" stehen im Treppenhaus, alles riecht nach Massageöl. Für uns unangenehm. Die Wohnung befindet sich über 2 anderen, mit offenem Küchenbereich, der von den "Gästen" dort um 10 bekocht wurde. Wieder stinkig. Sicherheitsschlösser nicht vorhanden, das ganze Objekt nur mit Zimmerschlüssel verschliessbar. Sind am Folgetag ausgezogen, Geld gabs nichts wieder. Insgesamt war es das mit Fewo und solchen Angeboten. Der Kundendienst ist seines Namens nicht wert. Fotos zum Objekt anbei. Wer es mietet, soll sich den rostigen Toast schmecken lassen. Macht n Screenshot von der Beschreibung, meine anbei. Wer auch immer Beschreibungen im nachhinein anpasst ist nach meinem Verständnis ein Betrüger.

Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral ( kurze Wege nach Leipzig, Halle oder Delitzsch) und in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die größe der Wohnung ist für 4 Personen angemessen und bot für jedes Kind ein eigenes Zimmer. Der Gastgeber ist super nett und der Check-in unkompliziert. Die Küche könnte etwas schöner eingerichtet werden und einige Utensilien waren vom Vormieter noch dreckig. Wir haben alles nochmal gespült, bevor wir es benutzt haben, sodass es unproblematisch war. Ich würde die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Homebase für Ausflüge nach Leipzig

Es.gibt alles was man braucht! Ein Bad in dem man Tango tanzen kann, überraschend gute Betten... in der Küche bereitet man kein Fünf-Gänge Menü zu, aber für den Alltag absolut ausreichend! Der Nachwuchs sollte aber sicher im Umgang mit Treppen sein, was bei uns Gott sei Dank der Fall ist.

Zweckmäßig und Entspannt

Es war ordentlich und sauber. Die Küchengeräte waren nicht so ganz unser hyg. Anspruch, jedoch okay. Töpfe, Gläser & Tassen, Besteck ausreichend. Spezielles sollte man mitbringen! Spülutensilien und Putzsachen vorhanden! Die Betten frisch bezogen und pro Person 1 großes Handtuch waren auch ausreichend. Ein TV mit Internet = ein Segen für die Kinder! Ein netter Vermieter, den wir zwar persönlich nicht kennengelernt haben, jedoch immer Kontakt mit uns hatte! Die Mitbewohner im 1. OG, durch das wir durchgehen mussten um in das 2.OG zu gelangen, waren nett und ruhig. Alles in Allem ein schöner Aufenthalt rund um Leipzig/Halle/Schkeuditz!
