The listing can be up to two separate units, one with two bedrooms and two bath, big lobby and new kitchen. The other smaller unit have one bedroom and two bath, small kitchen and lobby with sofa bed for extra charge of 3500/month. The spa in the patio is an available amenity for the guest to fill and maintain. Host can do that for extra charge of $300. For the long stay of 30 days or more, guest to pay utilities.
