We invite your family to enjoy this tranquil beach house.

We are just a short walk from the beach and all that surf city (Huntington Beach) has to offer! Our home is a three bedroom home with a modern kitchen ready for you to use. The kitchen, living room, and eating area are on the first level. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms, the master has a private balcony. You will be able to sip your coffee on a lovely patio with table, umbrella and chairs. The lush tropical landscaping includes a bubbling fountain. You can also relax on the rooftop deck complete with a chaise for two and a jacuzzi to watch the amazing sunsets. The beach house is newly remodeled and professionally decorated, flat screens in every room and a large selection of movies await you. There is a large master with an amazing shower and soaking tub. The other two bedrooms have a large shower/tub. The flowers bloom year round in amazing Huntington Beach and the neighborhood is quiet yet close to lots of activity. The garage is stocked with 6 beach cruisers, boogie boards and beach chairs. Also available is a charcoal BBQ and a built in gas grill. Everything is provided for you and your family to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach, all linens, dishes, cookware etc. Thirty day rentals please

You are within a short drive of Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farms, golf courses, shopping malls, and amazing restaurants. There are miles of bike trails along the ocean, a nice bike ride away is Newport Beach! You can stay home or venture out, this is a vacation spot that will please young and old alike.

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet neighborhood that allows you to relax and be at the beach in a short walk. Our patio with a fountain is a wonderful respite to a busy life. Also we have a nice jacuzzi on the third floor deck complete with a double chaise and umbrella. This is a very high end property that is rented just a few times each year.

What makes this property unique

You can walk or ride bikes to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The home is completely remodeled and beautifully decorated. Very private getaway close to everything. We are also very close to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farms, Laguna Beach and so many activites for familes.
