It was terrible no hot water called to report and were told it would be fixed. Second day still no hot water. Was told we could cancel and be refunded our money and only owe for one night stay, never received a full refund. Dishes in cupboard were dirty. Bugs all over and we’re told it’s Omaha and a wet year so you will have bugs No off street parking very disappointed!!!

Vrbo Omaha

We did not stay. I called the management company to complain and they were going to work on a credit for me. It was so disgusting. We didn’t even stay there. Doors off the hinges you couldn’t even open and close them. One of the beds wasn’t even made so had somebody slept in it The bathroom wasn’t clean

Got what we paid for

The property was what we needed it to be, a place to sleep after a day out on the town. There were a couple things that broke on us with normal use but I suppose we kind of get what we paid for. So I would say for the price, everything was just fine.

A dump of a place my worst experience ever with a vrbo

Over all the place was horrific. Trashcans outside at street where you had to park smelt horrible. Was left with less than half roll toilet tissue for 3 people on a 4 day stay. Had 1 washcloth for 3 people for 4 days. Had to use dishcloths as washcloths. When we finally found extra toilet tissue we had gone buy some. Extra supplies were stored in totes in the closets full of cobwebs and filth. Hence having to be stored in totes. No thermostat therefore no control over temperature. I do have pictures if needed

Reconfigured basement apartment

I have nothing really bad to say about the property; just surprised it was a basement apartment that had been reconfigured, not a first floor apartment. Doors were sawed off to fit shorter doorways, the bathroom and kitchens were extremely small and you had to duck in many areas or your head would hit the ceiling. Additionally, some basic supplies were lacking in the kitchen such as paper towels, oven pans, and some cooking utensils. Two frying pans were provided but had no covers to stop grease spatter. Consequently, every time we cooked, the smoke alarm went off and we had to wipe down all wall and surfaces.
