Great spot close to UK campus, Kroger Field, Hospitals, and downtown Lexington. HIGHLY recommend for a football weekend for its convenience. We were in-town for the UGA UK football game and would stay in this same place in two years if we make the return trip. Across the street is KSR bar which is a great sports bar for drinks pre/post game. Also, there were shuttle busses that you could hop on for $1/person that would take you closer to Kroger Field and back after the game. This saved us $$$ on parking! They literally picked you up 200 yards from this unit! The walk to the stadium would have been about 35-40 mins but on a chilly night, having the shuttle was awesome! There are great breakfast spots that are also in walking distance. There’s a liquor store, Starbucks, and convenience store all within a 5 min walk. Never has a last minute road trip been so effortless for a college football weekend!

Great location in Lexington
We visited Lexington for a college football game and chose this property mainly because It is within walking distance of Kroger Field. In addition to being close to the university, there were also a ton of nice restaurants nearby to chose from. A comfortable stay all around. We would definitely choose to stay here again and look forward to a return trip to Lexington.
