To access the building, we give you a simple code to go in-and-out as you please. You walk up the stairs to the elevators, and take the elevator to the top floor, the 8th floor.
When you exit the elevator, you turn right and then left down the hallway to your homes. When you enter each home, they open to an open, spacious loft. There is a dining area, a kitchen, a living room, a half bathroom,and private patio for those staying on the first level.
There are 3 private patios for your access.
If you walk up to the 2nd floor, you will find a spacious loft with two full size beds, a huge closet, and a full bathroom. This is truly a special place, and we look forward to making your stay a 5-star experience!

𝐐: 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆? A: The home is very easy to get to via public transit. If you decide to drive, we recommend apps like SpotAngel or SpotHero to find free or cheap parking ($10-20 / night).
𝐐: 𝐃𝐨 𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐬, 𝐚 𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐝𝐫𝐲𝐞𝐫, 𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐬? A: Nope! we provide all these things. We also provide you with a starter pack of toilet papers.
𝐐: 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐮𝐭? A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either.

Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don`t actually control this.
𝐐: 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞? A: Very. Some guests say they`re the best they`ve ever slept on!
𝐐: 𝐈𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭? A: No. Just to be clear these are four separate units that are all right next to each other in an exclusive area on the top floor.

Printers Row is “pocket” neighborhood just minutes from the Chicago Loop. After the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, the area became the Midwest hub of the printing industry with historically significant buildings designed by legendary architects like Daniel Burnham, William Holabird and William Le Baron Jenney. Today, many of those historic buildings remain but the quiet, tree lined streets are now largely residential. Of course, it continues to be a draw for fans of Chicago architecture.
During the day, the neighborhood is an easy walk to offices in the Loop, off Michigan Avenue, or in LaSalle Street financial centers. After hours, the district is alive with restaurants, boutiques, book and antique stores.
It boasts famous blues clubs, eclectic music venues and neighborhood taverns where residents gather. It also has an annual book fair: The Printers Row Book Fair gathers authors, poets, speakers and, of course, books.
Printer`s Row is also walking distance to Chicago`s Museum Campus, with the Field Museum, Adler Planetarium and Shedd Aquarium, and the newly redesigned Soldier Field.
We are Downtown so we do NOT recommend renting a car. You may easily get anywhere using Uber, walking, or the subway.

Early check-ins/Late check-outs can sometimes be accommodated by our cleaning service for $50 per hour fee. 𝐔𝐧𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐎𝐮𝐭 – Subject to a $50 fee for every 30 minutes past check-out, or up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out.
Mandatory Mid-Stay Cleaning Stays of 14+ nights require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, scheduled with the guest in advance. Additional cleaning fees apply.
Guest Verification As part of our vetting process, we may ask guests to confirm a few details — such as their names, ages, where they’re traveling from, or their travel plans — before accepting a booking. In some cases, we may also request a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes. This helps us ensure that all stays are safe, transparent, and in line with our house policies.
All guest names and ages must be registered before you are allowed to check in.
Unresponsive Guest In some cases, if a guest does not respond within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For same-day bookings, this timeframe is up to 2 hours or less. For all other bookings, this timeframe is up to 8 hours. This ensures that we can provide the best experience and availability for all our guests.
Online Check-In & Rental Agreement Required Before receiving check-in instructions, all primary guests must complete our online check-in form and review/sign our rental agreement. This helps verify guest details and ensures a smooth, secure arrival.
EXTRA GUEST CHARGE The base price covers 12 guests. For more than 12 guests, there is an extra guest fee of $20 per guest for the full number of nights. Example: 1 extra guest for a 5-night stay = $20 × 5 nights = $100.
Security Deposit (Families with Young Children) A security deposit may be required for groups traveling with two or more children under 14 years old, as a precaution against accidental damage and cleaning. The deposit is fully refundable, provided there is no damage to the property after a standard post-checkout inspection.
Refundable Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required and will be `held` or `authorized` (not `charged`) by Chicago Hospitality Club on your card. Any property damage or extra charges may be deducted from the deposit. VRBO collects platform payments/charges separately, while Chicago Hospitality Club handles the deposit, so seeing both on your statement is normal. The deposit is automatically released 3-7 days after checkout.
Refund Processing Policy In the event of a guest-initiated cancellation, any bank fees or payment processing charges incurred will be the responsibility of the guest and will be deducted from the refund amount.

We needed a place for a large group that was exhibiting at a Tradeshow. The property was clean and we have tons of private space for our group. The neighborhood was safe. Great place for large groups.
