The house was charming, immaculate, and excellently located. It is also somewhat more spacious than the photos and description. Our hosts were accessible and went above and beyond to help us with some of our last-minute needs.

Amazing experience!

We loved this house!! It’s exactly as the pictures looked and super clean. It’s the perfect distance (and accurately described) from town and our group of 8 all got a bed of our own! Ryan/Lizzie were super helpful and responsive to our questions and flexible with us on check in time. Highly recommend staying here.

Home Away From Home For Christmas

We had an amazing, relaxing and comfortable Christmas experience at this home. The hosts added a few pieces of tasteful Christmas decor to what is already a beautiful home. They had programmed the Sonos sound system with lovely Christmas music that became the background for our stay. The home is well-equipped with all cooking and home supplies needed. The host responded quickly when we had a question. The home is located near my family which made traveling between homes very easy. The is also convenient to the train and shops. You can barely hear the trains nearby which run quietly and much less frequently than they do in other places. We would recommend this home anytime.

Walking Distance to East Hampton

We stayed for 1 week. Our party consisted of 4 teenagers and 4 adults. The house had plenty of space for all of us and then some. Walking distance to town was a big plus, enabling a variety of activities in addition to beautiful beaches when weather permitted. Property manager was very responsive to questions and communicated well.

East Hampton High Five!

This is a very comfortable home in a great location. We had 9 adults and one infant, and it suited our family very well. The owners were extremely kind, helpful and responsive to our needs. A great experience!

Beyond thrilled!

After spending the past five years at our Hamptons house, we unfortunately could not make it six because the previous owners sold the house, and to me finding this property was heaven sent. The home is impeccable, and the furnishings were beyond my expectations, and the responsiveness of the owners was greatly appreciated. Looking forward to making this an annual trip and making this property part of our family tradition. I give it 10 stars!

Beautiful home near downtown East Hampton

Booking was easy, communication with owners was perfect, house was beautifully decorated, fully stocked with anything you could need and comfortable beds. We would’ve given 5 stars but the train was right in the backyard and can be heard in the house throughout the day and night. Owners provided white noise speakers and ear plugs but the train horns woke us a few times a night. We brought our teen boys and it was a great location for them to walk or bike to town and the beaches. My mom and aunt in their late 60s loved walking to Main Street everyday. Thank you Ryan and Lizzie for sharing your beautiful home.

Wow! What a place!

What a perfectly appointed home. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. I would return here in a heartbeat. Super clean with wonderful beds and linens. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Very close to town so you can walk to dinner or breakfast. This place is a gem!

We spend as much time there as possible, but when we can't be there we love hosting other families in our favorite place. We have a long list of restaurants and activities to share! East Hampton is an amazing town and our home is a special place. :)

Located in East Hampton Village, this 4 bedroom home can't be beat. The location is perfect - no car needed! The house itself is such a special, private place. You feel like you're on vacation the moment you arrive! Its newly renovated and a cosy spot to relax and entertain. My favorite part is the deck - perfect for an evening cocktail or grilling out!

Great layout for friends and family! It's bright, airy and exactly what one would want for a relaxing and fun vacation. Once you get there you can rest easy knowing you can walk to everything you need!
