Looking for an unforgettable cozy spot to make memories with your friends or family? Come check out the old laundry mat of Lead Hill.
I have turned this old town gem from the early 70’s into a beautiful and affordable space for all ages to enjoy.
This 2 bedroom/2 bath can sleep a family or group of 6 comfortably with a futon in the mud room and an optional queen size air mattress provided.
As far as venturing out, the options are endless. You can see an accessible part of Bull Shoals Lake for kayaking from the driveway. You can go golfing at Diamond Hills located in Diamond City just a few miles north and just past the golf course is the Bulls Shoals Lake where you can swim, fish, boat, kayak or just play. There is plenty of room in the yard to bring your boat and/or jet skis to enjoy on the lake.
You can always take it easy and sit outside by the fire or chill inside and watch some Netflix via your hot spot.
If shopping is more your style then it’s just a short drive to Branson Missouri where there is the Branson Landing and Silver Dollar City.
And if all this isn’t enough, the last and only still running ferry in the state of Arkansas is just minutes away in Peel.
Whatever your plans, this is the place for you and your crew to stay.

I have stayed at many vacation rental houses over the years and this is one of my favorite. I was in the area for a bass fishing tournament on Bull Shoals Lake and this place worked out perfect for me. House was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking including space for my boat under the carport. Bull Shoals is a beautifull lake and I hope to come back and bring my wife. If I do, I will stay at this house if it is available.

We really enjoyed our stay here, so much so that we have returned now for a second stay. We are developing our new home in the Lead Hill area - of the many homes we've stayed in while waiting to move to our new home, they've all been very nice, but this is one of our favorites, It's very clean, nicely decorated, well stocked, and conveniently located for our needs. The host, Kris is awesome! He did a great job renovating the Old Laundromat. We highly recommend the home to anyone staying in the area.

Will be booking here again! We come down for the 4th of july every year to see family, we have a big family and really just needed a place to sleep. But the kitchen had everything u need to cook, the outside was clean, inside was clean! Probably the cleanest one ive ever stayed at! The host was very accommodating when we had a hiccup, the experience was overall amazing and pleasant

The house was wonderful the children enjoyed riding scooters and was close to where we did things for spring break. Will definitely come back when we decide to do things close to Branson.

Wonderful stay

The property was super clean and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are comfortable. The owner cares about your stay and was very helpful with checkin. Don’t miss this property if you are going to Bull Shoals.

It was a perfect stay very quiet and relaxing, sat outside watching sunrise, drinking coffee for over 1.5 hours and never once did a car even drive by! Great place. Texted host and they immediately responded to a question.

Property was very clean and Kris was great to work with. The location is very quiet and had plenty of room. The instructions provided were easy to follow and accurate.
