Short weekend trip

Great place for a large group

We stayed over the Fourth of July with a group of 8 and had plenty of space! The appliances in the home are all in great condition, which made things super easy for us! The house was very clean and the bathrooms have some remodel work done, as well as the basement floors. It’s an older cabin and it definitely feels that way — some of the windows couldn’t open and the basketball hoop was broken. But, when you’re on such a nice lake it wasn’t a big deal at all! The property is wooded and big, not much room for activities outdoors (off the lake). Note that there are a lot of steps up from and down to the lake. Communication with the hosts was excellent, we’d definitely stay in a property of theirs again.

Beautiful lake

The lake was great! Lots of nice beds and bedrooms for our family. I appreciated the spaciousness of the home. Would have preferred a gas grill, but we made do the charcoal grill. Nice stores and farmers market close by!
