Great house with an awesome pool. Plenty of space for everyone. Nice views from the pool area. Pool table is in sad shape but we used it often and still had fun. One cornhole board was broken and unusable. Communication with the owner was great. Neighborhood was nice and very quiet. Just know that it is a vacation rental house so it gets used. Overall happy with our stay.

There were plenty of beds & rooms. The kids & adults really enjoyed the billiardRoom, shuffle board table, darts & poker table. Not to mention the amazing pool & cornhole game that the adults played. The kitchen was large & had all of the pots & pans we needed to use. The bbq worked well & had plenty of propane. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! We would rent again in the future!

This home is very spacious and very clean upon arrival. We stayed during Desert Storm weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday. There is plenty of parking and plenty of room for all of us that stayed in the house. No one felt crowded in this home and it felt like being at home. There was plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate our large party of 13. The pool, hot tub, and mini golf in the back yard was really fun to be able to enjoy something for all of us. I am saving this house for future reservations and can’t wait to be back.

We had a vacation at the house for 7 senior citizens. It works for wheelchairs, walkers and canes. The house had lots of comfortable seating places, in both indoor and outdoor areas. Kitchen was well appointed. Beautiful views of Lake Havasu were enjoyed by all. Bedrooms were comfortable and living areas were clean and a perfect for us to be together.Karim was a great host, and we enjoyed our stay. I think young and old will enjoy this home!!

Great Place to Stay

This place was just as advertised. The kitchen was a great place to cook meals and visit with each other. The outdoor space is what sold me on renting this house and it was amazing. Our group has already talked about going back and we will be looking forward to staying here again.

If you are looking for a large luxurious home for you and yours to enjoy a tranquil time with uninterrupted water views outdoors and indoors and then want to join the downtown parade of million dollar boats, jet ski in the lake and party till the wee hours, you could not find a better property to come home to in Havasu. Cross that out, the WORLD!
