Apartment in the green south of Berlin. Bright, spacious apartment in the 1st. First floor with private entrance, sunny south-facing terrace, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms.
Ideal for For families with up to 2 children who, after exciting city experiences, seek peace and quiet in a quiet environment.
A bedroom with double bed 1.40 x 2.00 m. A bedroom in the attic with double bed 1,20 x 2,00 m, access via a Tripp-Trapp staircase. Kitchen with everything you / woman needs.
By car you are in about 15 - 20 minutes in the City West or City East. By bus and train it takes about 30 minutes.
A car parking lot is available if required.
In the neighborhood there are all shops for daily needs. The nearest supermarket or bus stop is 300 meters away. Restaurants (Croatian, Italian, Nepali) are also within walking distance.
The Britzer Garten (former Federal Garden Show) is a 10-minute walk away.
