Apartment Berlin - Mahlsdorf

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 6-family house and has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. An extra bed is available. A cot and high chair are also available upon request.

PLEASE NOTE: The city of Berlin charges a city tax for each overnight stay (similar to the visitor’s tax or tourism levy in other cities and regions); it amounts to 7.5% of the actual accommodation costs and is included in the price of €110 for bookings made on or after January 1, 2026.

Berlin Mahlsdorf is located on the outskirts of Berlin (approx. 15 km from Berlin Mitte). It’s also ideal for families who want to offer their children a break from city tours. We’re not far from Müggelsee, the Berlin Zoo, and the FEZ in Köpenick, where there’s plenty for children to do even when the weather is bad.
You can reach the city centre by car in 20 minutes. From our apartment, it’s about a 3-minute walk to the tram stop; the tram takes 5 minutes to Mahlsdorf Station, and the S-Bahn then takes 25 minutes to Alexanderplatz (Berlin Mitte). Another route would be: a 5-minute walk to the bus, then an 8-minute ride to the Elsterwerdaer Platz subway station, and from there a 27-minute subway ride to Alexanderplatz. In addition, you can park for free at several subway and S-Bahn stations near us. Several restaurants and supermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or the building. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Parking is available in front of the building.
