Living floor: living- /dining room with fireplace, balcony, separate kitchen. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds. 1 bath / shower / WC. Upper floor: double bedroom with bath / WC. Parking for 2 cars in garage. Own ski room. Please note that this apartment building does not have an elevator.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um das Oberengadin zu erwandern. Nach dem Wandern bieten sich viele Möglicgkeiten für ein erlebnisreiches Bad (St. Moritz, Samedan, Lej da Staz oder Silsersee). Die Wohnung wurde ausserodentlich geschmackvoll und luxuriös ausgebaut. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.
