The "Seas The Day" condo is located in the Sand Dunes Resort, right on Myrtle Beach’s Golden Mile, and just a short drive from the Grand Strand, where you’ll find countless activities and attractions for all interests!

Recently remodeled, North Tower #1201 boasts three spacious bedrooms, two full baths, five beds, and a sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. This stunning condo features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances, a washer and dryer, fresh flooring throughout, and brand-new living room furnishings. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, and the highlight—breathtaking ocean views from the 12th-floor balcony!

Endless Myrtle Beach Fun! The Sand Dunes Resort offers a variety of amenities, including a large pool, lazy river, splash station, and kiddie pool— all with stunning oceanfront views! On-site, you’ll also find a gym and a nail salon for added relaxation.

Important (please read): While the on-site water park and activities are not available to guests who book directly with owners, you'll still have access to the resort's pools and lazy river, and there are other water parks nearby to explore!

Nice getaway.

First, the host gave exceptional communication and was so helpful with every question I asked. This is right on the beach with a nice view. The parking garage can feel tight for an inexperienced driver, but that was not an issue for us at all. This is well located and minutes from Publix, shopping, and several food options. We appreciated the smart TVs and Roku.

Beautiful condo in a great location

Check in was easy - we were able to access the unit a couple hours early after messaging the owner which made it really convenient as we got to town a little earlier than expected. The condo itself is just beautiful; it is decorated well, and everything is in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable, and the supplies provided (shampoo, body wash, dishwasher tabs, beach chairs/umbrella, and even some spices for cooking) were thoughtful. Location was excellent as well. Close enough to the sights & attractions of MB without being noisy. My only suggestion is a blackout shade for the bedroom closest to the exterior door (those hall lights are bright!). Also, the dryer seemed to take a couple of cycles to get things thoroughly dried, even with consistently cleaning the lint trap. Two very minor things that made no difference to our enjoyment of the property! We come to MB every two years for a dance competition and will likely be back next time! Oh and the people staying with us said Ava’s Pizzeria makes some of the best pizza they’ve ever had - they had it 4x last week!

Nice place and great location

The condo had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the use of the pool and the grand babies liked the arcade. We did not realize that the condo was on the 12th floor which at first was an issue for my son. He is afraid of heights, but after a while he adjusted.

Cute and great location!

First time in Myrtle Beach and it was a great stay! Condo was equipped with everything and clean. Bed linens were clean and was placed on bed. We were assured it was clean because it was crisp and white and you had to make your own bed. I like that because I know it wasn’t collecting dust in between rentals. Easy and quick elevator and trash access (literally across the hall). The location is more near the Pirate Show and Broadway was a short 10 minute drive. There is a lot to do if you have little ones, pools and a mini water park on site. Owner very responsive. Any problems and questions about the place, she responded within the hour. Highly recommend and we will be back !

Nice place

The condo was really nice and it was easy to check into. You don't have to go to a 2nd location to get any keys. The parking is terrible, there is a 2nd garage but the elevator did not work and when you have the elderly it is hard for them to walk. We did not know the elevator wasn't working until we parked. The condo was nice but the floors continued to feel like they were dirty. I cleaned them and it was much better. The refrigerator had to be cleaned. Those are things that can be easily fixed with better cleaning. Heather was great, she always answered me quickly with any questions I had. I definitely would recommend it.

Very responsive host in a nice apartment with amazing views

Heather is a very responsive host and when we asked for something, she immediately responded. Overall we really enjoyed the apartment, the comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen/patio/Great room seating. The apartment appeared to be significantly updated but there were a number of annoyances. The dryer handle is broken and it was difficult to "set" the dryer to the proper time/setting. It did work but is old. A piece of broken glass under the agitator of the washer (we pulled it out eventually) destroyed an expensive undergarment. The light in the fan of one of the guest rooms needed a new light bulb or is just not working correctly. There was alternative lighting and a window but an overhead light would have been nice. There was no cutting board and the guest room door kept coming off its track. There were new plates but there were also plates that looked very old and you could not tell if they were ok to use. We could not figure out how to use the coffee maker so leaving instructions might have helped (although we did check instructions online without success.) The drawer under the oven would close but is broken off its track. The lock from one of the guest rooms to the bathroom does not work. WIFI was spotty during the entire stay but worse at night when many people in the building were likely using it for streaming. We did not have problems using the Roku on the tv so that was much appreciated. After a few tweaks, I could highly recommend this condo.

Sleeps 12 comfortably!
