ELMIS apartment is located in the beautiful seaside resort of Binz.
The apartment in the house Concordia was completely renovated by us in 2019 and newly furnished.
It is a bright, modern and cozy three room apartment with a floor space of 70 sqm.
The apartment is suitable for up to 5 people.
It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, kitchen and a living room with dining area.
Likewise, the apartment has a free Wi-Fi, a 55 inch Samsung flat screen TV and a Bose sound system.
On the terrace in front of the living room there is a small seating area.
Our apartment is located in the center and close to the beach (about 90m to the beach) and yet very quiet due to a dead end.
The parking belonging to the apartment is located in the courtyard, next to the entrance barrier.
This offers enough space for SUVs and vans.
