Brand new construction in the heart of Garden city. This well-appointed 3-bedroom townhome is the perfect place for your family getaway to Bear Lake. With comfortable furnishings and attention to design and detail, we invite you to gather and create memories.

Located within walking distance of restaurants and shake shops, you'll find yourselves a part of the tradition of the lake. Enjoy a walk or ride along the nearby bike path in the morning or evening. If you are boating, the marina is conveniently located just a couple miles to the north. We also have overflow parking available for your boat!

KITCHEN/DINING
This kitchen is fully stocked with eating and cookware. A large fridge will accommodate meals and groceries. The adjacent dining space offers comfortable seating whether gathering for meals or games. A desk is also available in this area should guests need to carve some time out for work while visiting.

LIVING
This townhome offers a large upstairs family space perfect for watching movies, playing games, or conversing with one another. A huge sectional anchors the room and a large Smart TV is ready for your digital entertainment.

BEDROOMS:
Three stylish bedrooms are located upstairs. The master has an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower and double sink vanities. The other bedrooms have their own closet space and large windows with plenty of natural light. For your convenience in planning, here is the exact layout of each room:

Master: King (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #2: Queen (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #3: Queen + Twin Loft Bed (sleeps 3)

One of the unique benefits of this property is the ability to rent multiple townhomes from the complex to fit the needs of your party. If you have a large group, please reach out as we manage all of them and can likely help coordinate the stay for a large group.

Location was great - walking distance to restaurants and shops in downtown Garden City. Short drive to state parks for beach access on both Utah and Idaho side. Check in was difficult - no instructions from host; we were told it would be emailed 3 days prior to arrival date. Used VRBO message system and let them know no email received. Then on day of arrival (we had a 6 hour road trip) so was sending messages but not getting any replies. We used VRBO support to get phone # for host, texted and called (had to leave a voice mail) and still no instructions 6 hours later upon arrival. So had to spend almost half an hour sitting outside condo while support contacted the host for us. Finally after gaining access, Upon entering we realized the floors had not been cleaned and were filthy with solid layer of dirt, sticky spots from spills, and hair everywhere. No mop in sight, so I cleaned on hands and knees, broom was dirty and covered with hair also. Other than that - place was beautiful and the rest was clean. Sent a message to host after cleaning all the floors, got a reply 2 days later apologizing and saying they “will talk to the girls” to let them know guests should not have to do any cleaning when they start their vacation.

Wonderful place!

Beautiful, clean and convenient. Loved the comfortable beds, TV area, Kitchen. So easy to book and communicate. I would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location

The location was great. We could walk to the Main Street and restaurants. We had a problem with the cleaners cleaning the wrong townhouse but the manager was quick to move us to another townhouse so it was resolved within minutes. The place was clean. We had enough kitchen supplies for our needs.

Family Fun!!!

What a perfect place for my family to use as homebase while we explored, took in the sites, and enjoyed the beauty of the area! Beds were comfy, kitchen had all the accommodations, and there was plenty of room to gather together and have some fun. We will definitely come again. DK

Loved it!

Perfect location; close to food, less than 5 minutes from Marina and easy to find. Loved the place, cool furniture and comfortable beds. Plenty of parking. Property Management responded to a text right away. It will be the first place we try to book next year.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was super close to local restaurants, gas and grocery. Looks just like it does in the pictures. Decorated very nicely and it made us feel like we were actually in a home, instead of just a “rental”. I was very happy that we had a 2 car garage to use. We brought up a trailer with all of our beach supplies and it was great to be able to leave that trailer in the garage and have no worries about it being carried away, or items taken out of it. The downstairs stayed nice and cool, but the upstairs rooms were a bit warm for our liking, even with a portable fan we bring on all vacations. If we turned the temp down to cool down the upstairs, the downstairs was super cold. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars for 3 different reasons. The first two are minor and wouldn’t have changed how we felt about staying there. The stove was a bit dirty when we arrived. Looked as though it had been spilt on and hadn’t been cleaned. We were told that we couldn’t change the kitchen faucet from spray to stream because the faucet sprayer was not working properly. It would completely shut off the water from running if switched. The last issue was finding long dark color hairs all over the inside bottom of the bed sheets. I’m bald and my wife is blonde. Clearly not ours. Aside from these issues, it was a very nice place to stay. Updated, close to needed shops, and 20 min away from North Beach. It is in a townhome community, but never heard anything from neighbors.

Not a good winter property. Two story with NO heat on the first floor (Kitchen, power room and dinning table) very small coffee pot (two pots needed for 3 people), address wrong in emails. Very good property manager( Matt), empty garage for vehicle especially during second day when it snowed all day and night, upstairs sitting area since 1st floor was too cold ( no heater)

Great weekend at Bear Lake close to main street

Very clean because this Townhome is new. Close to downtown Garden City. Parking is available for a boat.
