I was in Miami for a few days and wanted to stay near the Design District and Wynnewood. I usually stay by the beach but it's kind of far from everything else. This location was central to everything and walking distance from great shops and places to eat. The building is older but well maintained. The communication was excellent and we felt very secure with the locks and cameras at all exits. Also, the wifi was great and I loved having a desk for work, as well as, a kitchen. It's a nice deal for the price. I'd stay there again.

What a beautiful and well appointed property! The extra touches provided by the owner made our stay virtually carefree. We had everything we could need or want in a beautiful and comfortable place. My wife and I really enjoyed the stay for our annual anniversary trip. The entire property and unit are very clean and accommodating. Ricardo was extremely responsive to all questions/concerns. Upon arrival the unit didn't have any toilet paper. I contacted Ricardo about it and he let me know he would send someone by immediately. By the time we returned from dinner (within an hour or so) a shopping bag with toilet paper was waiting outside our door! Pool was just as nice as shown in all the pictures and wasn't crowded at all while we were there (Oct). Small gym by the pool - enough equipment to get in a decent workout, but was a bit crowded at times. A lot to do within walking distance of the unit - tons of shops (high-end), restaurants, coffee shops, etc. If you're looking to experience the downtown sites of Miami this is the spot to go. However, if you're looking for the beach life this isn't the best option. In viewing the location on a map I figured we could easily walk a short distance to enjoy an afternoon on the beach. That's not the case as the shoreline along that area is either enclosed within gated communities or simply a shoreline with no beach. We did take an Uber to Lummus Beach (~$50 roundtrip) one day and really enjoyed that. Add in chair/umbrella rentals ($65) and you're over $100 just for an afternoon on the beach. We tend to spend most of time at the pool anyways, just a heads up for anyone looking for a convenient beach trip!
