The condo was fantastic, as advertised. I read some negative reviews about long waits for elevators. We had absolutely no issues with wait times. There are six elevators and wait times was minimal. There were also negative reviews about noise… no issues for us and we spent a lot of time in the condo eating our own meals. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. I would rent here again! We also extended our stay by one night and process was very simple.

This property is amazing. The pictures look exactly the same . The location was perfect close to food, shopping, and entertainment. My Ubers wasn’t over 10. The view is spectacular! I will definitely stay here when I visit Miami again

Great choice!!

Wonderful property! Everything is exactly the way it looks on the pictures. Very clean, spacious and with breathtaking views of Brickell. Be cautious of wait time for elevators & parking garage. Would be best to drive a standard size vehicle or smaller. Other than that, we were absolutely pleased with this property!!!

We stayed in a one‑bedroom, two‑bath penthouse in Brickell, and overall it worked perfectly for what we needed. The location was excellent—close to everything, walkable, and in the heart of all the action. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and had lovely balcony views.That said, there were a few things we weren’t aware of before arriving. The building is mostly short‑term rentals and VRBO units, which meant a lot of noise, activity, and overall chaos in the common areas. One of the elevators was down throughout our stay, which made getting up and down from the top floor very inconvenient. Long waits and multiple stops were the norm, and it often took a surprisingly long time just to get to the lobby or back up to the unit.Despite the elevator and noise challenges, the apartment itself met our needs. If you’re looking for a building in a great location and don’t mind a bit of hustle and bustle, it’s a solid option.
