Stunning villa in a great location. The pool and chill out areas were fabulous and perfect for our group of ten ladies enjoying the sun. The villa was well equipped making entertaining a joy.Easy walking distance to a supermarket, cafes and a few bars. Denia with its shops, bars and restaurants was an easy 30 min walk or short cab ride. Great communication with our host who was extremely helpful with local area information and whom also responded promptly to queries.The villa was so beautiful, we were sad to leave.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed - 19th - 26th Sept 26.Lovely modern, clean, well equipped Villa. Everything worked. Host answered all of our queries quickly and was accommodating when we asked for a later check out. Helped arrange a private chef for the evening at the villa. The paella was amazing. There is a bus at the end of the road that takes you to Denia, runs every 20 mins and runs until late. If you are mobile its a great clean service. Denia is great for restaurants. Makesure you go to Tapas alley. You won't believe how good and cheap the food is.

Great villa with a perfect pool. Communication with the host was great and supportive of all questions. Reacted quickly and professionally when we had an issue with one of the AC units. Quite a walk to main Denia town but there are a small selection of bars and restaurants nearby. We're not "beach people" but also a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended villa.

Agna was great from start to finish she went the extra mile for us and would gladly stay here again. The property was beautiful and the outside space was just perfect

What a wonderful holiday. Everything was simply perfect. The host was so helpful both before and during our day always a very fast and friendly response. The Villa is quite simply amazing. We loved everything about it spotlessly clean well furnished the kitchen was very well equipped. There was nothing we needed.Also thank you for the welcome Pack on arrival.We would definitely recommend this beautiful villa and will hopefully return soon.

Amazing villa

The villa was stunning. It had everything you could need on a holiday. The pool was perfect with a large shallow end perfect for my 3 year old grandson and a large deep end for the adults.

Family villa Holiday

We had fantastic stay . The villa is amazing. The location is very good . Short walk to the supermarket & a few restaurants . The Beach is just across the road from the supermarket . Our property owner was great very friendly & helpful . We were also very lucky with the weather . Denia Port is beautiful place to visit .

Villa was great but would recommend having a car. Not much around within walking distance. Agna the host was very good and gave us a lot of information.

Nearer are different bars , restaurants and a Supermarkt. 900 m and 1 km away are great restaurants- primera linea, blay beach, mexican restaurant, luxury restaurant quique dacosta, cafe soles and the aldi. Fantastic house with a great host.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property. The house is well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable living areas that made our stay very enjoyable. The pool area was a standout feature—clean and perfect for relaxing or having fun. The facilities provided were excellent, ensuring we had everything we needed for a hassle-free vacation. The service from the host was great, adding to the positive experience. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return for another stay!

A really fabulous holiday villa

What we loved about this villa is the ease of it. Everything worked so well and the layout is easy. It has all important mosquito netting on a lot of windows which was fantastic. A real bonus is the fact that there are four really comfortable bedrooms, all with very comfortable beds and modern, fresh, nice shower rooms (master has a huge bath), so no-one ends up getting a 'less than nice room' - which is important if you are a group of friends. The pool was not heated but we swam at the end of October and I would say it was refreshing! I loved the size of the pool as I like to swim laps. The owner was very respnsive and helpful at all times.

Family holiday

I have no words to describe how beautiful this villa is. We stayed here for a week with children of mixed ages and everyone had the most amazing time. The villa is extremely clean, well equipped and in a good location for some local bars and restaurants. The biggest draw for this villa however has to be the outside space. The pool is without doubt the best one we have ever used in a holiday home. It has a large very shallow area which is perfect for very young children (we had a 3 year old with us) but the remainder of the pool is huge with a great depth for older children who want to dive etc. We spent so many hours enjoying ourselves here that we didn’t get the chance to see too much of Denia although we did go to the Marina for dinner which was beautiful. Agna the host was super welcoming and gave us lots of local recommendations. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa and we hope to visit again one day.

This property is 10/10I’m very picky about where I stay and this villa didn’t disappoint.It was the best holiday ever. Agna the host was really helpful and friendly.We dropped our suitcases at the villa early before checking and then headed to the marina in Denia for lunch. The pool is amazing and made the holiday. It’s a short walk maybe 8 mins to the beach and there is a spar shop which sells everything you will need. Also we would recommend the restaurant on the beach Blay Beach but do book a table.The air conditioning in the villa was a godsend. We even had wine and cold drinks left in the fridge and other treats, this was a nice added extra when we checked in.We hired a car so we could quickly get into the town but you could walk it if you like walking. Would recommend spending an evening in Denia town as it has lovely shops and restaurants.We went to the waterfalls which I highly recommend and we also booked a ferry to Xàbia which was something different to do.We went with 4 teenagers and even they loved it! We would love to return one day that’s for sure.

Fabulous villa with a great host

Just got back from this lovely villa. We were a party of 9, 6 adults, and 3 teenagers. From the initial enquiry, booking and ongoing communication during our holiday Agna was brilliant. She recommended various restaurants, bars, supermarkets and places to visit, which was helpful. The villa itself is beautiful and clean and the pool area was very spacious. The pool was a great size too. Agna even brought us some additional sunbeds. The outdoor cooking area was excellent for cooking breakfasts and BBQ’s on an evening. The kitchen inside was well stocked with a variety of different utensils and crockery. We enquired about an English TV channel’s and the following day Agna’s husband arrived and sorted this for us, this kept several members of our party happy, especially when football was on. If I had a negative it would be the lack of taxis that was in the town, however Agna did explain that taxis are difficult to get and gave us the bus timetable and routes. Although the walk is flat and around 25 mins can be tiring in the intense heat. Agna is a host that goes above and beyond, and I would recommend this villa.

Beautiful villa

We stayed for 10 days the villa is lovely 6 adults so much space it was unreal it was clean and so cosy there was a few basic items all ready there so we could have a cuppa on arrival. We did let ourselves in as Agna had a family issue which wasn’t a problem and she came to see us the next day she was so helpful and gave us loads info for food, drink and sightseeing. The villa has everything you need so you don’t need to go anywhere except for food although pool is quite cold we braved it most days and once in it’s ok I’d say get in fast and you’ll enjoy it after about 5 mins the outside space is fab and the outside cooking area was so good I cooked out there most days and didn’t feel like a chore . We found Aldi for our shopping which is about 15 mins walk 5 mins in a car a local pub called rock bar with a basic menu but food was spot on and the drinks are cheap that’s about 15 mins walk also the staff have limited English but we’re so lovely we went back a few times just for drinks . We didn’t take our car out the whole holiday we walked to the harbour which is about 40 mins but no hills there’s a lovely bbq restaurant reasonable prices for steak etc at the harbour called Fuego defo recommend a visit also walked opposite direction there are more bars with pool table darts etc but it’s quite expensive and take about 30 mins to walk there. I spoke to Agna a few times via phone she’s so helpful wanted extra gas bottle and it arrived like magic on the drive although we didn’t need it in the end there was enough in the one we had already. Would I recommend definitely will we be returning we will, never had a villa holiday before and this was so good will defo do t it again xx

Villa maravillosa

La anfitriona muy simpática y estaba en todo momento pendiente de lo que necesitabamos,la casa es una pasada moderna,cómoda grande,la piscina da el sol todo el día y tienes muchas comodidades en el exterior,el mobiliario una pasada de cómodo y bonito,una casa de lujo,repetiremos seguro,gracias Agna,saludos
