Nice cozy, modern and comfortable apartment for two.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area northeast of the city center in a residential complex. The city center is within walking distance in about 5 minutes.

The living area is open and light.

TV is received via SAT. Wi-Fi is available with a 50mbit. If you want to listen to music, I will provide you with a bluetooth speaker for free.

The open kitchen is integrated in the living area and blends visually well. It is equipped with a hot air oven with induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of closet space. The kitchen equipment is high quality and with design items such. Kitchenware by Bone China by ASA, kitchen utensils by MENU, WMF, LINUM, etc., just to name a few.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed B180cm x L 200cm with single mattresses. There is plenty of closet space to bring one or the other sweater, or a nice evening outfit.
By the way: If the ransacked clothes should not be enough, a washing machine is available in the basement; Clothes dryer, iron u.-board are in the apartment.

The bathroom is dominated by light gray natural tones in harmony with the large mirror surfaces.

The southwest facing balcony, has a size of about 6m ² and is very spacious. Equipped with seating, it offers just the right setting for a sun-downer after a hard day at the beach.

For your vehicle there is a private parking in a garage directly at the house; Bicycles can be parked here or in the bicycle cellar.

On the day of arrival, the holiday property is available from 15:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the holiday home by 10:00 clock at the latest.
