Wonderful stay!

Beautiful, well-stocked house with comfortable bedding and incredible location and views. Hosts were great communicators and very kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay at alligator point

Our family had a wondedul stay at alligator point. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere allowing us to bond and create many family memories. I would recommend a trip to Wakulla Springs to see the wildlife first-hand.

Great family beach house

IDEAL for our family of seven, everyone had their own rooms and plenty of outdoor space. My favorite spot(besides the beach) was the hanging chairs under the house. Great location on the Point :)

Great Property

Nice, freshly remodeled property. Great open living with a kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook gourmet meals. Would highly recommend the area and the property

Friends' getaway

A well thought through property with all the comforts of home and then some. Decor was coastal with strategically placed pieces that were consistently discovered throughout stay. A wonderful place to disconnect from the everyday and reconnect with lifelong friends. You can see a billion stars on a clear night too!!

Absolutely perfect stay!

I could not recommend this place more! My family of 6 loved it! Everything was stocked above and beyond. Great communication with the property owners. We walked the white sand beaches and found so many seashells. This is the perfect vacation spot! I can’t wait to come back!

Lovely!

Nothing beats beachfront! We loved sitting on the screened porch, cooking in the big kitchen, and letting the kids play under the house. We will be back!

Great for two families of 4 or less. Nice set up with 2 rooms having a shared, private bath and porches with awesome beach views on both side of the house. Plenty of comfy seating in living room & back, beach porch. Love the high top dining table & adjacent grill on bay-side porch. TV's in every room and in living room. Wide open dining, living & kitchen with great counter top space - perfect for enjoying together! The induction cooktop was a first for us, took some figuring out but nice updated appliances and a bonus to utilize the beverage fridge and washer / dryer. Beds were super comfy. One suggestion I might make is a refresh to the bath towel / wash cloths. Really enjoyed the use of kayaks & swinging chair under the house. Overall you really can't beat the seemingly private beach access just feet from the house!

Family Fun

The location was perfect for our family getaway, as we celebrated our daughter's graduation. We loved being right on the beach and enjoyed views of the water from the front of the house, as well. However, there were roaches (most of them were dead) & some doors didn't close all the way. Also, there were some dirty dishes & too many of them; the kitchen could be cleaned out some. Otherwise, we really had a wonderful time & appreciated the strong A/C when we needed it.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience. As a beach house, we do have an exterminator service, which is why bugs die. Thank goodness they treat the property monthly!We always strive to keep the house clean as possible and will follow up with our cleaning team, to assure this is addressed. As for doors this is a classic frame house, and with beach humidity and sea air, some doors stick. But they do open and close. We appreciate you bringing these to our attention.

Amazing waterfront property and owner!!

Our stay was amazing!! from the time I booked till the time I checked out!! most properties I've stayed in had something I could not say was pleasing, but this property had a 10+ on my book. I want to say that I've always had a bad experience with the grills on the beach properties being rusted out due to the salty weather. This property had a very nice grill to make and enjoy our family meals. when you are 30 miles from nowhere, you really need a good grill to grill out on. Kim was amazing. she answered anything we needed in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay in this property every year!!
