Awesome View is a truly unique beachfront property offering 150 ft. of private beach on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The views are absolutely breathtaking from one end of the house to the next. The 2 vacant lots to the West of Awesome View are privately owned, Not public access, and the Openness adds to the charm of the property.
1600 sq ft home with another 2100 sq ft concrete patio and 450 sq ft deck.

Enjoy gorgeous Gulf sunrises and sunsets right from the master bedroom at certain times of the year. Private deck access and master bath off of Master Bedroom. Panoramic views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and the tranquil white sand beaches of Alligator Point from the living room or the large deck also. The stargazing from our deck cannot be beat!

Watch bottlenose dolphins, ghost crabs, a variety of sea birds and the occasional bald eagle right from the comfort of the living room sofa. Nature and beauty abound at Alligator Point!

Take a stroll on the beach, only steps from the house, to look at the abundant seashells on the shore.

For the fishermen among us, the fish cleaning station on the patio is a must. Steps from the beach, you will find a large picnic area with charcoal and gas grills, Beach Bar, Outside shower with hot and cold water and Outside bathroom.

Family oriented and pet friendly. If you need to escape the sun, the large covered deck includes a gate to keep small children and pets close by. Dining table with seating for 6, and additional island breakfast bar with seating for 2.

OUR NEWEST UPDATE: :screened in area under large patio with picnic table to enjoy the views and Gulf breezes, only steps from the private beach.

Flat screen TVs in all 3 bedrooms with master bedroom tv with cable and streaming capability. Large 4K flat screen TV in living room with cable and streaming capability and flat screen TV at Tiki Bar.

Washer and dryer in home for guest convenience.

Memorable times await you at Awesome View; don't forget your camera and binoculars!

Kayaks, paddle board, large float mat for great family fun, beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach games free for guest use, all stored in the large shed under the patio area.

Mongoose Dolomite 26 in. fat tire bike and Mongoose Argus 24 in. fat tire bike for those Alligator Point rides on the beach.

Super communicative host

Wonderful, beautiful house with great amenities! During our stay we had issues with both the internet as well as the AC unit. However, the host was quick to respond to our messages and get both issues revolved in a timely manner! Alligator Point is one of our favorite locations to visit and this has been one of our favorite places thus far!

Another wonderful stay

This was our second time staying here and it was amazing again. This home is always very clean. It is very peaceful and quiet. My husband enjoyed fishing right on the beach, while my dog and me enjoy taking walks. A few days wecdid not see anyone else on the beach.

Up close and personal

Personally, if going on a beach trip, I want to walk out the door or down the steps directly onto the sand and water. This trip was definitely all that and then some. We spent much of our time beachside and on the well-appointed covered deck enjoying the waves and ongoing pelican show. It had interesting beachcombing, which we enjoy and always have to bring home a few treasures. The property is tastefully and delightfully furnished - all beds are super comfy with great bed linens, towels are excellent, very nice and adequate kitchenware (except we couldn't find a cheese grater haha), comfy living room furniture, enough paper towels and TP, good Wi-Fi, etc. Can't comment on the TVs as we never turned any on! Anyway, you get the idea. Of note, other than some saran provided, you may need your own baggies and foil. We didn't use any flotation items but we did notice some of those and the rusty beach chairs were a bit "beyond", so same there. The different kinds of bike, kayak and other stuff to use looked great but we didn't partake.This property is definitely one of our top favorite rentals for our almost-annual cousins' trips. It's a low-key area and prime for hanging out at a great beach casa.

Spontaneous time away.

Great spot to get away from most everything. My husband had the best time fishing and caught at least 8 different kinds of fish- some of them were eaten and enjoyed. Very private beach, but enjoyed occasional interactions with locals and visitors. Owners were quickly responsive when we had an air conditioning issue- it was resolved the next day. Really unique and beautiful area.Not your "typical" Florida vacation, but we enjoyed the heck out of it.

Awesome view

This house is perfect if you want peace and quiet and a beach to yourself! We had dolphins who played at the shoreline one day.The house was immaculate and the kitchen was well equipped.The only complaint the we had, was the list of immenities There was no gas grill, none of the four bicycles were in working order. No beach chairs or sand toys. And the refrigerator in the shed could never be used for food. It was filthy and smelled like fish.

If you like sunrise and sunsets, crashing waves, pure sand, semi private beach, nice neighbors you rarely see, quiet, birds galore, and dolphins cruising the shore lines. You don't really have to go to the beach because.. you are the beach. The property manager will go out of her way to help also. Alligator point is a hidden gem.

Such a great getaway!

Such a great stay! This is our third stay at this house! We have really enjoyed each one. We love being on the beach and opening up the sliding glass doors and letting the air in. The beach is generally pretty quite and empty over the holidays! Can watch both the sunrise and sunset from the porch which is awesome! Super dog friendly! They have changed up some of the furniture and curtains which gives it a more light and airy feeling. Kitchen is well equipt and the bed is comfy!

Really is an awesome view!

Great place for our family to connect. Everything we needed, nice location on the beach. Close enough to seafood restaurants, golf in Wakulla, and other local activities. Highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location

This is a perfect location if you enjoy a private beach and the house right on the water. The view is fantastic. I can't speak about the ocean water because its my first visit to that area. I did ask a lot of the locals and most of the time the water is mixed. Not the blue water of Destin or P.C. Beach area. Lots of grass. Fishing people, this is a fantastic place with all the necessary extras.

Amazing property!

Awesome view! Our stay was such a relaxing and beautiful experience. From the moment you drive up you can see the Gulf and hear the waves! We enjoyed watching the birds and dolphins and the sunrises and sunsets were fabulous. The house and entire property is very clean and well kept. It has so many amenities, such has an outdoor shower, outdoor bathroom, bikes, grill, chairs, back porch facing the gulf with a dining table, and so much more that makes this property so awesome. The private beach is such a welcome change from the crowded beaches we are used to and it's a perfect spot for kids too. The owners have literally thought of everything possible to make staying here such a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Everything about this place was wonderful. It was very,very clean. Beautifully decorated. It was so peaceful. A couple of days we were the only ones on the beach. My husband enjoyed fishing off the beach right behind the house. We enjoyed walks on the beach with our dog. It was really nice not having to worry about other peoples animals for a change. We rarely left except to occasionally go out to eat. We liked to cook and sit on the back porch to eat. We watched dolphins and birds diving from there. It was a perfect vacation. We definitely want to go back. The house is very well maintained. It had everything we needed.

Quiet & Relaxing!!

For our visit late Mar. We enjoyed the walks on Alligator Dr. ( bike tails .PS home provides you with nice bikes for you to use), & walking on beach. If you like to fish...this would be a great place for you. I must meantion the "STARS" they are so bright & big!! there. We only saw three (3) people on the beach. Finally make sure you bring your groceries with you , because its a 27 miles to closes Publix & restaurants. We wil be back!!

If you like the beach, it doesn't get any better. Sunsets, dolphins, nice neighbors, beautiful beach, shells everywhere, all the toys you need, and the view....... wow. It's really that nice..
