About this property

Located in historic downtown Cocoa Beach just a few blocks from restaurants, shops, and the beach, this home is equipped for a great getaway experience. Take a break in the brand new backyard oasis featuring a heated salt water pool, tiki hut with dining and outdoor living room areas, pool lounge chairs, and weber grill. There's plenty of room and seating to dine, lounge, and relax.

Everything you need to enjoy the beach is provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, body boards, beach wagon). The air conditioned garage game room includes air hockey, ping pong, arcade game, giant connect 4 game, 55" Roku TV, tables, and chairs.

Security cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.

Great place to stay while visiting Cocoa Beach. The house has everything you need. The pool and back yard are gorgeous. Location is great. 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay, and Teresa was very communicative and helpful throughout our time there. The wifi worked great for us as several of us were working, and the game room was a fun bonus. We only wish the weather was better so we could have enjoyed the pool!

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of historic downtown Cocoa Beach, this custom decorated house is designed and equipped for a great getaway experience. Enjoy the beach and great downtown restaurants and shops just a short walk away. It's just 3-1/2 blocks to the beach and only 2 blocks to the 4th Street Fillin Station - a great local restaurant and ice cream parlor. It's a perfect getaway for families and couples!

We're in a great location that is in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk to the beach, river, and downtown Cocoa Beach area with restaurants, bars, and shops. We've converted the garage into an air conditioned/heated game room with ping pong, air hockey, an arcade game, giant connect 4 game, 55" Roku TV, and tables and stools. The beautifully landscaped backyard features a heated salt water pool, tiki hut, outdoor dining, lounging, and seating areas, and Weber BBQ grill.
