We were traveling with three couples and it was especially nice to find a house with 4 king beds with attached bathrooms. The pool and spa were lovely and we enjoyed the spa when air temperatures were too cool to use the pool.

Beautiful vacation home

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Everything was great and very clean! The pool overlooking the canal was spectacular. In a great location to many shops and restaurants.

The house was everything and more than the descriptions and photos. Plenty of space, nice and relaxing! David was awesome to communicate with, I would recommend this property!

Very Good

We were very pleased with our stay in Cape Coral. The house is well suited for a large family with many children. There's everything there that you need for the kids for entertaining and a great barbeque area outback. The pool is awesome with a fence for small children. We felt very secure in that neighbourhood and it was close to all amenities. We would definitely stay there again.

Home away from home

This was one of the best rental properties I have ever stayed at. The owners had thought of everything. I didn’t need to go anywhere else for fun. I could just stay at the house all day for a week and feel totally relaxed. It was clean and spacious. The pool was well designed. I will be coming here for all of my future vacations.

Amazing!

Great house. Perfect layout for sharing and privacy. Plenty of room, We absolutely loved our stay in this home. Comfortable beds, clean EVERYTHING, and beautiful inside and out. Neighbors were quiet and kind. I can not think of one improvement that would have made our stay any better. Thank you for a super stay!

Fantastic property

The house is absolutely beautiful. They provided a book with a lot of into. Which was so helpful. If we had questions they were a phone call away. We will definitely book for next year in one of their homes. You will not be disappointed when you rent this house.

Beautiful home with great pool and hot tub!

We really enjoyed this home, it was clean and spacious. Having the great outdoor area was important to us. The large table and seating made it comfortable. Pool and hot tub were fabulous! This house will be on our favorites list. We do think checking in with Property Manager upon arrival would be ideal... it would be nice to know how to use/run things right away. We would highly recommend this home!

Top notch vacation house!!

When you walk in the front door you can see the beautiful pool, hot tub and canal! Open concept and gorgeous house overall. There was plenty of pool towels and bath towels!! Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and a Keurig. Each closet had a hamper and plenty of hangers . Outdoor grill area, lanai and outdoor shower was beautiful and used alot lol! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This home was absolutely amazing and perfect for our family. The parents get one side of the house while the kids get the other side. What I appreciated were the thoughtful family details such as hampers in each kids' rooms, pool floats and smart TVs in every bedroom and on the lanai. The infinity pool is magical and the hot tub is perfect after a long day at the beach. The house is extremely close to everything such as the grocery store, Starbucks, Target and great restaurants. I really can't say enough good things about this house!

Great Get-Away

We had a terrific vacation in Cape Coral. The house was as described and the pool is magnificent. There were 4 adults who all had their own bedroom and bathroom which was very convenient for getting ready to head out for sight seeing. Check-in/out was very simple and quick. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that there were not any viable fishing poles or bait. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Comforts of Home

The house was amazing. It exceeded all of our expectations. Clean home, plenty of room and the house had plenty of supplies for cooking. We loved the big open space when you walked into the home. We enjoyed the comfortable couch in the living room to relax and the kitchen to make breakfast and have coffee or tea. The large pool was the best because it suited the kids who love to swimming. Overall an excellent home to vacation away from home, almost like if you had move your house to a vacation spot. I would recommended to anyone that wants to vacation in Florida.

Wonderful vacation house!

We had a fantastic vacation at this property! The pool and hot tub are the best I’ve seen! There was a nice shallow area for younger kids and steps to go down into the pool. The hot tub got nice and warm rather quickly. There was a wagon in the garage for the beach. There is also many beach toys for children, as well as floaties for the pool. Bedrooms were very nice and each had its own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The master bathroom has a huge shower with a rain shower. There was a lot of space in this house. If you have a problem or question it is easy to send a text to the management. They were very helpful. I would recommend this property for your vacation.

David and the property manger were both extremely helpful and friendly to work with. The house was very nice. It had everything we needed for our 10 month old, which was so great! There even was pool floaters for him. We choose to heat the pool to 88 degrees the entire stay, because the nights were a little cool. For reference, our electricity bill came out to about $150. 00 for the week total. We didn’t think that was bad at all, considering most houses change $50 a day just to heat the pool. The only thing we disliked was that we booked for one week instead of two!

Beautiful cape coral

It’s a beautiful home. Our hot water did not work for 4 days but was resolved. Also all the lawn chairs ( chaise lounges) were broken. Told managers but did not resolve. Used zip ties to sit in them. No gas in grill or blankets on the beds. Had issues with the pool. Water kept dropping. The last week it seemed to be working good. We had a wonderful time in spite of the issues.

FL Vacation

The house, pool, and hot tub were beautiful! Our only complaint was the pool did not warm up enough to comfortably swim until the last two days of our 10 day vacation. The management responded quickly when we contacted them. They said it was because of the cool temperatures at night. Maybe a larger heater, or disclosure when renting approximately how long it takes to warm the pool. The hot tub warmed nicely and we spent quite a bit of time in it. It would also be helpful to have written instructions on how to set the pool/hot tub heater and the televisions. Just a suggestion…pot holders needed as we could not find any. New pillows on beds are needed. As I said, it is a beautiful property with excellent response from management. I would recommend this property. We especially liked the layout with 4 bedrooms, 4 king beds, 4 bathrooms.
