Ivo Makjanic was one of the first to promote tourism in the 1960s and thereby built this house, which is unique today. It lies approx. 15 m from the sea and is protected from the sun by pine trees.

The apartment is available for 2-4 people (2 adults + 2 children up to 18 years). It includes a kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and a private terrace with sea views. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Free parking spaces are available for our guests directly at the house.
