If you are looking for your own private oasis with a large heated pool and hot tub, overlooking intersecting canals (only one bridge to get to the gulf for those interested in boating/fishing ), with amazing indoor/outdoor, open concept living, then Coral Sunset Villa is for you! When you enter the villa, you will immediately be captivated as you look though the 8 ft quad pocket sliders to the spectacular water views just beyond your private pool and hot tub! The giant sliders completely pocket, creating a beautiful indoor/outdoor resort living space that we fell in love with when we recently purchased the villa! The large pool and lanai offer breathtaking views of the canal as you sip a drink from your hot tub, enjoy pool fun or hang out with friends and family with all the seating/lounging options that the villa offers. You can even grab the kayaks and check out all the nature on the canals. This is true resort living in Cape Coral.

Guests will know why we named the Villa, Coral Sunset as you experience your first breathtaking sunset as the sky is lit up with stunning coral hues. We decorated the interior of the villa in a coral and turquoise color pallet to bring the serenity of the outdoors, inside . The villa is meticulously decorated to make guests feel like they are truly on a luxury Southwest Florida vacation. We purchased the villa in the Summer of 2022 and completely upgraded and updated it with all new furniture, stainless steel appliances, calacatta laza quartz bathroom counters and seamless glass showers, white quartz kitchen counters, new beds, mattresses, Egyptian cotton sheets and stylish decor, paying attention to all the little details so that our guests will experience upscale resort living! The kitchen is equipped with all new kitchen items like gourmet pots and pans and more. The great room has a new flat screen tv as well as one in the master and guest room.

Coral Sunset Villa faces South, so the back of the house facing North not only has beautiful sunsets to one side but also gorgeous sunrises on the other side. Although the villa is located in the desirable Southwest area of Cape Coral close to all the shops, restaurants and activities, etc., you may never want to leave! It is truly a vacation paradise!

We've designed the indoor and outdoor living spaces with many seating and entertaining options.

INSIDE SPACE: Sunset Coral Villa is designed for families and friends to gather and enjoy time together. The villa's open floor plan maximizes time together, since guests can be in the kitchen and yet be a part of conversations in the great room, dining room and of course outside too. Like the outside space, the main living space has plenty of mixed seating. Our favorite part of this vacation retreat experience is the indoor/outdoor living options; enjoying the views and the outdoors from every room in the villa!

OUTDOOR LIVING DETAILS: The villa has a heated pool, spa/hot-tub, large lanai area with a gas grill, lounge chairs, patio with seating area, dining table, private dock with seating area, canal access, kayaks and bikes. Pool towels are provided.

KITCHEN - The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and boasts all new stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops, new cookware and dishes and counter seating looking out to both the inside dining area and the great room.

GREAT ROOM - has all new furniture with sectional seating, a flat screen tv, with many channels available through Youtube and of course opens to the outdoor pool area with the floor to ceiling pocket sliders.

MASTER BEDROOM - The master is a beautiful king suite oasis! This king suite offers a stunning view of the pool and canal as guests look out over the palm trees while sipping coffee in bed or can step outside the master sliding doors to the lounge chairs, dining area or casual sitting and lounging options. Guests will love the high-end Egyptian cotton sheets, white king bed with a new luxury mattress and flat screen TV. New flooring has recently been installed in the master suite and guest rooms. The master bath has Calacatta Laza quartz countertops, double sink vanities and a walk-in shower with seamless glass showers. The master also has a large walk-in closet.

GUEST BEDROOMS: Both guest bedrooms have new queen beds, dressers and Egyptian cotton sheets with views of the palm trees on the front lawn. These two bedrooms share a double sink bathroom vanity with new Calacatta Laza quartz counters, new sinks, seamless glass shower doors, fluffy new white hotel quality towels and a walk-in shower. This bathroom walks out to the pool area.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS:
Guest will access the villa with a personal code to the front door keypad that we will send to you, prior to your vacation time. Our property manager is a wonderful German lady who lives close by and she will set up a time upon arrival to meet you to go over anything you may need.
Sigi will be your go to person for anything that comes up and is always available.
