Bella Palacia was terrific place to stay. We were there for 10 days and everything was as advertised. Took me a day or two to figure the pool and spa out, but that was on me. Location worked out good for the things we did.

Both the manager and homeowner were fantastic! Quick to respond and very helpful. The house was beautiful and had the most comfortable furniture. We loved the outdoor space and even watched the Olympics on the outdoor TV from the pool/spa. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the dock. Will stay here again if available.

Lots of things to do in the area and such a great backyard with pool, hottub, bar, fire pit, and access to the canals. Its a busy street, but you will never know it. Go kayakbthe canals and enjoy some warm weather!

The home was amazing! Very comfortable and we felt like we were in the lap of luxury. We didn't use a lot of the amentities because of the poor weather but it wasn't because it wasn't available. We loved it!! Anyone that uses this place will feel the same. The owners were wonderful. We were in constant contact in case we had any issues which we didn't. This was the first vacation we have ever had than we didn't want to go home!! Thank you so much!!

"This was our fifth time staying at Brad and Donna's beautiful property, and it was even better than the first! The hosts clearly take pride in maintaining the property and making guests feel welcome. We'll be back again and again. The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. Brad & Donna take really good care of their property n it’s beautifully decorated she has about everything u need there n the visits from the wildlife was great Turtles come right up to dock n the ducks came for a visit everyday too n small white beautiful birds it’s convenient to everything we only caught 1 fish though carp but everything was great highly recommend her property.

The most beautiful place my family and I have stayed at! Donna and Brad are so kind and accommodating! Donna was always a text or call away for any questions or advice! A perfect house for our vacation

The pool and spa, lovely and spacious interior, and fully equipped kitchen made this house perfect for our weeklong vacation. It truly had everything we needed and more. The hosts were super nice to deal with, always quick to respond to questions and provided helpful information.

This home is more than we could have ever imagined...we are so happy that you have visited our home away from home! Our final decision to step out of our comfort zone (we lived in the same neighborhood for 30 plus years) actually came from God....Donna was speaking at a women's conf...and during prayer time....a women told her 'God is giving you a little palace with many rooms!' She knew nothing about me...so we knew ...we were doing HIS will...as we drove to bring our truck load of furniture...the most beautiful and vibrant double rainbow appeared another confirmation....and now...we feel so blessed and want to share our blessing! After living in the same neighborood for most of our married life...our niece encouraged us to come to Cape Coral. After searching with our wonderful Real estate agent, Judy Sylvia...we fell in love with our 'little castle' thus the name 'Bella Palacia' After viewing about 50 homes....once we walked into this home all other homes were compared to this one...until finally we knew this was it. We loved the high ceilings...and the space....the grand opening to the outdoors...and just about everything....except....it was 'Barbie Doll PINK' inside and out....so the very first thing we did was PAINT! http://revtoursnow.com/1825hancockbridgepkwy

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love to sit in the chairs on the pool shelf...and have a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise....and then go to the dock and throw bread...as the fish jump and the turtles come to share in the feast as well as Pelicans...diving...and Ibis...coming to share....but watch out for the Sea Gulls' who try to swipe the bread! Such a beautiful basin view on a fresh water basin/canal.
