Private heated pool with integrated spa!! Two Grande bedrooms, both with en-suite full bathrooms! Sliding glass doors in both Grande bedrooms open to the pool. Pool bath! Two bunk beds for the kiddos and a queen size pull out in the den. Shut the door if you must and work while vacationing with the private desk in the den. This home easily sleeps 8 and up to 10 if two are children. Grande bathroom has dual vanities, walk in jetted shower and soaking tub. Two Queen size beds in 1st Grande bedroom. King bed in 2nd Grande bedroom. Grande suite has pool views, ceiling fan and two walk in closets. Kitchen has granite countertops, new kitchen appliances, expanded bar area seating, under cabinet lighting. and opens to the spacious living room. Indoor dining for eight, outdoor dining for eight. Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are approximately 30 to 40 minutes by car. You must be 25 years of age to book. Please tell us something about you and your guests when you request to book.

Snowbird Getaway

We rented this beautiful home for 2 months Feb thru March. It is in a great location, the house is spacious, the kitchen well stocked with every day needs. We LOVED the heated pool the best!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home with its beautiful pool and spa. The neighborhood is quiet and a perfect location for venturing out for any activity.

Great House with Amazing host

VERY thoughtful host that provides a worry free experience in a clean home that has been very well thought out. You will have everything you need to enjoy the home without complications. Amazingly quick responses from the host is the Cherry on top.

Great stay

We loved the neighborhood and location of this home. The house had plenty of space and everything we needed. We did wish it would have had a king size bed in the main master bedroom, but overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again.

Amazing Place!

The house was beautiful and located next to many restaurants and stores! We loved our stay! The house was very clean and in amazing condition! It had everything you would need for a vacation in Cape Coral! I highly recommend!

We definitely Enjoyed our stay , The house was Gorgeous, inside and out , spotless and fully equipped with everything you need. Amazing heated pool and spa with plenty of space to relax. The host was always available . The location is perfect, we enjoyed the beach , first class Golf , pickle ball and restaurants in a safe and friendly neighborhood. , Many thanks for the host we would definitely come back

Great property and location!

Awesome house, as advertised!! Equipped with everything we needed for a week! Plenty of room for everyone! Heated pool/hot tub combo was enjoyed by all. Only drawback was the beds are a little firm for our liking, but we managed!

Gold Trip

We decided to try Cape Coral for our yearly golf trip. This rental was very well taken care of. The location isn’t far from the beach or the gold courses we played at. The pool and hot tub added to the experience. The stay was very enjoyable and would highly recxomend it.

Perfect week

An amazing location and space for our vacation. The bunk beds were a little short for our teenage boys and the mattresses were a little broken down. The house was spotlessly clean and the neighborhood was quiet and very convenient! We would definitely rent here again.

Amazing 3 weeks!!

This house is awesome in every way. It met our expectations and then some. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of most days. The kitchen is so well equipped, so we ate most of our meals at the house, although we went to Rib City several times for the best ribs ever! The host was very helpful with our every need. We would definitely recommend a stay at this place.

Baseball Vacation

Great location. Great amenities. The kids loved the pool in between our baseball games. The only thing that we would recommend is the bunk room bunks are super squeaky and the mattresses in bedrooms are super hard (which could be appealing to some but not all). Thank you for a fun family getaway in the middle of a hectic baseball tournament.

Great house with pool and hot tub!

The house was great, and would definitely consider staying again. The only minor complaint is that the beds seemed like an afterthought compared to everything else in the house. They are basically just mattresses on frames. If/when the beds are upgraded, it will become a no doubt 5 star stay!

Nice neighborhood

Wonderful property. It was great house, we enjoyed walking through the neighborhood watching the burrowing owls and eagle nest we did have a pool concern that occurred over the weekend and it took a few hours to hear back from the management company. But it was resolved. Would definitely stay here again. Close to good restaurants and Publix

Just Wow, Beautiful!

First off the place was beautiful, the pool is great for when coming back from the beach all day or stepping in the morning with the first cup of coffee….We loved that the house is equipped with everything, everything for the grill, stove, cooking, just an awesome place….the only thing which is definitely not a complaint, but we traveled with our 16 & 17 year old daughters….let’s just say the room with with the 2 queens is the master, especially if you love a great shower, huge beautiful bathroom….but would definitely go back.

Perfect In Every Way

Where to begin… The house is absolutely gorgeous!!! However, the lanai is so amazing and fun that we spent very little time in the house. The home is in an upscale neighborhood and the location was perfect for trips to Ft. Myers beach and Sanibel Island. My wife loved how the home was decorated and it even had a beautiful Christmas tree. We will be back!!!

Beautiful retreat

Absolutely beautful home, and immaculate. We enjoyed the pool, and the poolside dining. There were plenty of beach towels, and all the beach gear you will need, even a small portable cooler. We had one small issue, and the property manager was extremely responsive and took care of the problem right away. The neighborhood was very quiet--check out the burrowing owls when you walk around the block! Two blocks away from a lovely view of a canal. Close to grocery store, restaurants, and an easy drive to the airort and Sanibel Island.

Unexpected

Great property. We've stayed in many VRBO properties and have been less than impressed. This place was fantastic from the description to reality. The only "problems" we had were the lack of a sound system (there are Bose speakers attached to the ceiling... But nothing to power then) and the lack of consumables like bathroom tissue and paper towels.

Perfect for two families!

This home was incredibly well-equipped. I think it was the most complete of any home I have ever rented. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! There were mountains of towels for the pool, extra linens for the beds, pool floats/toys, and board games. The floor plan was great and the configuration of the beds was perfect for our group - two couples, 3 boys ages 4 -9 and a 12 year old girl who needed her own space. The boys shared the bunk bed room, the 12 y/o girl used teh office as her chill space and the 2 sets of parents split between the two other bedrooms. The only downside was the pull out sofa in the office had a note that it was not functioning, but the 12 y/o was happy sleeping on the couch in the office or sleeping on the 4th bunk. The pool was absolutely amazing and so well maintained. The area around it was also well stocked. In addition to the pools floats and towels, there was an outdoor refrigerator and a huge person table on a covered patio with ceiling fans. We were able to have most of our lunches and dinners out there. I could go on and on about this home - it was truly better than expected - even though we expected it to be great, it was still better! We would commend this place to anyone interested in the area as it is easy to travel around other areas. We went to Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Sarasota to Siesta Key.

Wonderful Stay!

My sister’s family and I spent the week in this house and had a great time! The house was very clean and pretty much included everything we needed. There were a couple of things I would have liked to see, an additional remote for the garage would have been a plus. 2 families each with a car was tough with one remote but we managed. The sheets on the beds were very thin, Egyptian??, but I am just picky about my sheets so that may be fine for most. All in all we had a great week.

Great Place To Stay

The house was very clean and a great place to stay for a family vacation. Everything was tidy and accommodating. More than enough space for 7 of us. Would highly recommend if you’re staying in the area to stay here. Just an overall great house.

Perfect weather! Pool and hot tub were great. House was clean, tv perfect for watching March madness. House was stocked with everything you would need. Only suggestion would be more side tables and lamps in master bedroom.
