Our beautifully decorated vacation villa is fully furnished and available year-round. Located in the B building on 2nd floor with a nice ocean view. The resort features two outdoor pools, a children's pool, and a beach-front, pool-side restaurant/bar. The beach is a private beach for Resort guests only. The ocean-front pool located beside the Villa is one the largest on the island and is only steps away from your door! Rent for a week or more!

On-site security,10 lighted tennis courts, pro shop, fitness room, BBQ grills, onsite Sports Bar, a playground for the kids, a catch and release fishing lagoon, onsite bike rentals and conveniently located washers and dryers are just a few of the included amenities!

A golfer's paradise, Hilton Head Island offers more than 20 premier golf courses situated on Hilton Head Island and the surrounding Low country including Bluffton, Daufuskie Island & Fripp Island. So I was hoping to listen to the ocean at night with the screens opened, but the bedroom was on the other side of the room just as you open the door and the room was really kind of far away from the ocean to hear it. That is the only complaint other than the oven didn’t work so I had to use other things such as an air fryer, what’s that was no big deal otherwise my little weekend stay I sat out on the balcony and I listened to the ocean and took a nap. I just couldn’t sleep out there all for now.

Great little condo

This is our second trip to Hilton head in this condo and we love it. It is super cute, super clean, and it’s in a great location. The resort itself has a huge pool and is right on the beach. It has a fun beach bar during the day and a sports bar at night.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in this villa. This was our second time staying there. Very nicely decorated and with thoughtful items on hand for vacationers. Property owner is very responsive to questions. Good location. Five minute walk and you’re on the beach.

Hi, my name is Tom, my wife Lynne and my sister-n-law, Kathy, purchased this condo in the summer of 2009. We live in Cincinnati, OH. My family has been vacationing in Hilton Head for over 30 years and really enjoy visiting the island. Our kids just love the beach and the family activities on the island. So, we decided to buy a villa to share this wonderful beach experience with friends and family.
