El complejo Breakers es un complejo frente al mar directa. Justo al otro lado de la calle está Coligny Plaza, que cuenta con tiendas, teatros, restaurantes, cafés, panaderías, jugueterías, tiendas de comestibles, farmacias y todo lo que pueda necesitar durante su estadía en un radio de 50 m.

The location of this property would be hard to beat! We really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the pool & ocean. Plus there were so many shops in walking distance. We definitely felt safe, as the property security guard (Scott) was always making laps making sure everything was in check! This specific unit has bunk beds, but no ladder to get to the top or railing to keep you in, for our kids. We opted to use the pull out bed for this reason. The sliding door to the balcony was SO hard to use. The bedroom door couldn't shut, and the blinds in that room are really close to falling. It would also be nice if there were some extra hooks around the room for all the towels to dry on since you can't hang towels off the balcony. The washer is a washer/dryer combo so it takes a while to get the laundry done, but does a good job. The "oven" is part of the microwave so you can't bake very much in it. Overall the place could use an update but for the price and location you can't beat it! The owners were really responsive and kind as well! We definitely made great memories in this unit and are thankful to have gotten to stay here!

Location is perfect! We never had to drive anywhere because everything we needed was with in a five minute walk. Beach was close and we stayed on it eight hours a day. Staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful.

Great condo!

This condo is in the perfect location! We parked the car and didn’t have to drive again until we left. Just a short walk to many restaurants, ice cream shops, adventure park, and lots of fun activities for the kids. The condo and pool area were very clean, we would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Good vacation, little unsafe

This is the 2nd time at breakers, different condo. Location to the beach and shops is why we chose to stay here again. The condos are small, but work for what we needed. Unfortunately though, our car was stolen right from under the complex and according to the security this isnt the first one. We were very lucky that our car has gps tracking and we were able to get it back, but awful experience. Security got it on camera too, but the owner of the company said they are short staffed and cant currently cover all 24 hrs of what is supposed to be 24 hour service. It was our fault as we had a spare set of keys in the car due to previous experience of losing a key on vacation, but definitley sisnt feel safe knowing people were checking cars in the complex.

Great location! Great price!

We love staying at the Breakers because of its location…beachfront, great pool area, and right where all the action is in the Coligny area. If you like to be in the midst of all the action this complex is perfect especially on a budget. All of these units are fairly small but perfect for 2 adults or a small family. And the price of this unit can’t be beat! And the owner was amazing!

Super convenient to everything at Coligny!

Just as advertised. Super convenient and everything was in walking distance: beach, restaurants & shopping! Check-in was a breeze and the condo was clean and exactly what I had expected. Went down for the PGA event and caught the shuttle to Harbour Town right across the street. Highly recommend if you are looking for a low-key beach front condo at Coligny Beach.

Great Spot

Although being on the first floor didn't have a great view of the ocean, this condo is great for walkability. Unit is tight on space wouldn't recommend for more than 2 people. Had a great time on Coligny and Rob was great to work with.

Cute little Condo

It’s a cute little condo that you can relax in and super close to the beach, like a 1 minute walk. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was the off season but everything was clean. It’s also walking distance to the shoppes and Bad Biscuit which is an amazing plus!

Our stay at Rob's property was absolutely perfect! The villa was very clean had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation!Host Rob, was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a costal get away!

Perfect small HHI getaway

Very clean and GREAT location! Beach and pool quick few steps. We loved having Coligny right across from us. One small issue which owner was very quick to address. Queen size sleeper sofa was perfect for my 16 yr old. Bunk beds def for smaller children. Would book again and recommend for a party no more than 4.

We stayed at the Breakers the first time I visited Hilton Head Island and fell in love with the complex, and the proximity of the Ocean, and Coligny Plaza. so during that visit in 1999 we purchased this unit . Hilton Head Island truly is a paradise! My family considers it a home away from home. YOURS WILL TOO!
