You found a wonderful condo!! This has such a great view, comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes and beach equipment! The condo is a 1 bedroom with open concept. It has been updated with very high end finishes and is extremely clean! It has everything you need for your stay! Just bring some beach towels and some groceries and you are set! The condo complex is ocean front and you are only a 1 minute walk to the beach. The complex offers a wonderful private pool area, an elevator, luggage carts, a beautiful cook out area with grills and tables! Every floor has it's own coin operated laundry for your use. You just can't go wrong with the condo or the complex! Is close to everything in Coligny, the beach, bike paths, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment and the new Celebration Park that just opened!

This condo was perfect for a couples getaway! It was super clean and close to a lot of places! Lori was fabulous about recommending places to eat and things to do! Super quick and friendly responses!

Really nice place to stay, perfect for two people! Great location, in between the Tiki Hut and Sea Pines entrance. Right on the water and tons of great places to eat near by! The only issue is that the bikes were ridiculously rusted, making it really difficult to use, so we didn’t really use them. One of the main reasons we stayed here were the bikes coming with the property. But overall, very clean, safe, nice, and great for 2.

We loved our stay. The condo is beautiful and using the provided beach chairs and umbrella saved us money instead of paying the chair rental fee. The kitchen is fully stocked. The laundry was just across the hall if needed. Loved the balcony too.

Overall great place to stay, walking access to the beach is great, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers were also great to have. Additional umbrella would’ve been awesome. One roll of toilet paper was not enough for a week. A garbage bag for every two days would’ve been helpful too so that we could take out the trash easier. We liked the bikes but we’re not able ride them because I had an injury. We did not have enough clothes hangers. Options to put your suitcase out are needed. We hope to be back.

Seaside Villas II

This is a great property, well located, good ocean view, esy to get in and out. The condo is well appointed and very clean. The property mangers Lori and Scott are better than any I've ever worked with, I've never seen managers so eager to help and make something right if it isn't. I would definitely rent this again, or another of their properties!

New Years trip

We came to Hilton Head to enjoy some down time at the end of the year. Forrest Beach is our favorite area and I always love staying at SeaSide. This condo had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable and in walking distance of our favorite restaurants and shops. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and its view. The beach is right there with an easy path to to access it. The property managers were very responsive and very friendly in their communications. We loved our trip and hope to return soon.

Great weekend getaway!

The location was perfect. We rode bikes everywhere. We loved being on the beach and close to Coligny shops and restaurants. The condo was updated and Lori responded quickly to my questions. The guest book was very helpful.

mold/mildew haven

This condo was so incredibly disappointing, I am truly unsure how there are as many positive reviews as there are. My husband and I checked in last Thursday night and were immediately hit with the smell of mold/mildew. It was late when we arrived so we sucked it up, opened some windows and went to sleep. The bed in this condo was awful- completely sunken in and unsupportive. We hardly slept and I even had to relocate to the couch at 2 am just to try to get some rest. I reached out to the host the next morning who would not give me a refund but instead set us up in a different condo in Seaside Villas which was equally dirty, dingy and reeked of mold/mildew. My husband and I ended up developing exposure related symptoms and I even had an asthma flare up from the lack of proper maintenance in this condo. Both condos were not clean and we felt so uncomfortable the whole time. My conversation with the host was shocking to say the least. Completely unempathetic and rude. We had spent over $1,000 to go to this property to celebrate our anniversary and we ended up leaving a full day early due to all of this. I definitely do not recommend staying here. The only thing that was nice was the proximity to the beach and bike access. horrible stay

This property is centrally located and so close to everything you don't even need a car! It comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes and beach chairs, so you don't have to worry about that! Is extremely well maintained and clean and you will receive the best in customer service! This is also near the new Celebration Park that will open in 2021!
