La Unidad 905 está ubicada cerca del centro del edificio, en el noveno piso, brindando una privacidad y una vista panorámica de 180 grados del océano enmarcado por las islas de Lanai y Molokai. Este condominio para no fumadores con aire acondicionado tiene más de 800 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable y está equipado con una cama king-size en el dormitorio, un sofá cama en la sala de estar y dos camas individuales en el lanai que se pueden usar como segundo dormitorio al cerrar las grandes puertas correderas. La amplia sala de estar está abierta a la cocina, que está equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. El arte original agrega interés a la decoración hawaiana y los pisos de corcho acolchados agregan comodidad y calidez. El acceso a Internet está disponible en el condominio.

El dormitorio se actualizó recientemente con un colchón Beautyrest, un televisor de pared de 50 pulgadas con un reproductor de blu-ray, muebles nuevos, persianas de madera y puertas de armario hawaianas con un escritorio incorporado que ofrece más espacio abierto en el dormitorio.

View and location were great. Access to walking path was very nice. The room was okay. Clean and manageable for me and my wife. It seemed a little outdated. The property was dated and semi rundown. The pool area was quite small and kind of lame. Bunch of construction on the property which was annoying. Overall wasn’t horrible but will likely look elsewhere if we return.

Everything worked as it should.Although the supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, etc.) were described as just enough to get started, there was plenty of everything for our family of four for 9 nights. We really appreciated this. Our two teenage sons slept in single beds on the lanai and loved it! The windows can be closed to air condition this space with the rest of the condo. Smoke space for four grown humans. The pool, grill and clubhouse areas were never crowded and provided nice, shaded areas during the hot part of the day. The owner was polite and professional, even accommodating a change in schedule. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

This is a wonderful place; you can walk to a number of places, and a short drive for others. The accommodation is nice. We were able to go snorkeling right outside of the door. You will see turtles swimming past. There are some interesting hikes nearby. Restaurants are close. It was a fun and relaxing stay for us.

WONDERFUL STAY

A beautiful, clean place with unparalleled views. The location is amazing- close to all activities and many wonderful restaurants as well as food trucks. We appreciated the laundry onsite as well. Jake was an amazing, kind and helpful host. Who could ask for better?

Amazing views, comfortable and well stocked place

We loved loved loved the lanai and views! I wish we had planned more down-time to enjoy them :) Parking was plentiful. The unit was very well stocked with things you would need especially kitchen utensils, reusable containers, etc. The food trucks (dinner time only except a coffee one) and boardwalk along the water were really close also, which was very convenient. THANK YOU to the hosts for the excellent stay and we really appreciated the early checkin option.

First time in Maui

The 905 unit of Maui Kai is a wonderful ocean front as described on the site. Easy check-in instructions. Our family of four found this location is perfect: easy-access beach, short walk(less than 5 min) to restaurants, food trucks and a grocery store. The kitchen is well equipped with fairly new cookware, dishes, and utensils. The beach is just in the back of the building. There are beach chairs and towels available in the condo. We needed extra shampoo and conditioner bottles which we found in the closet. The bed sheets and beds are very comfortable. We also used the AC and ceiling fans most of the time in early August. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but we had fun playing ping-pong in the game room near the pool. In my opinion, for our next stay, we would prefer another half bath for our family. Overall, it's such a nice property.

Amazing view! Great location! Beautiful condo! +++

We loved this property and Jake was a wonderful host! The condo is spacious and very beautifully decorated with original Hawaiian paintings. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The dishwasher is very helpful too. The master bed is super comfortable and there are also two twin beds on the lanai. Our 9 yr old daughter spent every night sleeping out there and my wife and I took turns sleeping on the other bed. The central air conditioning kept everything nice and cool all day. The ocean breezes are so cool at night that we didn’t even need A/C for sleeping and it was August. We snorkeled out front on the first day and swam with a sea turtle. It’s hard to top that on your first day! The million dollar view is incredible! We saw sea turtles from our balcony every single day we were there. The lanai was so comfortable that we could literally just sit and have meals and watch sea turtles all day. It’s so peaceful. There is a nice sandy bottom swim beach next to the condo. The condo is within walking distance to food trucks, restaurants and a grocery store. Our room was also stocked with beach gear so we didn’t have to rent chairs, umbrellas etc.. The building caretakers (Mike and Suzy) are so incredibly friendly and they do a wonderful job of keeping the Aloha spirit alive.They are amazing people. I highly recommend Maui Kai #905 and definitely look forward to staying here again on our next trip! Mahalo!!

Absolutely loved it

The photos of this unit do not do it justice, it is absolutely stunning. They have fit every Nic nac of Hawaiian culture in every room and it just looks fantastic. My 18yr old daughter loved having her on room on the lanai. The view is spectacular. We spotted a turtle as soon as we arrived. Close to food trucks, supermarket and shops. The kitchen and unit is stocked with everything you will need. We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again.

Excellent Property in great location

Family of 4. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect. Right on the ocean. Looked out the window and could see turtles almost all of the time. My daughter even spotted 4 dolphins the last night. Had 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, and 2 coolers. Clean. If you want a place with a beach right in front of you this might not be the right place but for the price and location you aren’t going to find anywhere better. Easy access to the beach and very short drive to lots of beaches

Beachfront bliss

Jake's condo had everything we needed and was just as described! We spent hours on the lanai listening to the ocean and watching the sun set. We were very grateful for the beach chairs and things needed to enjoy the beach. The kitchen was absolutely perfect as we cooked almost every meal at the condo.

Amazing condo!

The view is even more amazingly than I could have ever thought. Watching the sunset from the living room and falling asleep in a bed on the lanai with the windows open to the sound of the surf below was wonderful. The whole condo is beautiful and comfortable. Cant wait to come back again!

Great place to stay!

Great location. Great views. Close to grocery store, and restaurants. Beach was not crowded at all and right at our feet! Very clean, had everything we needed, felt vey safe. Would definitely stay here again. 11/2022

AMAZING VIEW

Could not ask for anything more. Jake was great to work with. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The condo was very nice and had anything that we needed. The center piece was the lanai. It is set up as an extension of the living room with two twin beds. You can spend hour just laying back enjoying the breathtaking view. And breathtaking is an understatement. If you get anymore closer to the ocean you'll would be swimming in it. Highly recommended.
