Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights

Please place all the towels in a pile on the bathroom floor. You can leave all the sheets on the beds.

Please remove all trash and place in the trash chute down the hall, past the elevator on the left. Please turn off all lights & put the thermostat on 75 in summer or 67 in winter.

Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle. Please don't leave dirty dishes in the sink. Thank you!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Condo was beautiful and clean. Can't beat the view and the balcony is huge! Appreciated that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. Only complaint would be the king bedrooms need upgraded mattresses.

Great location, beautiful views, beautiful condo.

Family came down to celebrate Thanksgiving on the beach. We had a great time and really enjoyed the unit. The host was very hospitable and was responsive to anything we needed especially given it was a holiday. We will definitely consider this for future trips.

Great condo, convenient location

We stayed in this condo during a sports event at edgewater beach resort. The condo was only a few minutes away, Very convenient to lots of restaurants and shops. The 2 master suites were perfect and the huge balcony was fantastic. The parking was very tight for a Yukon XL but there was plenty of parking across the street so it was not an issue. Great stay and will definitely stay again in the future!

This condominium is absolutely AMAZING!!! The 2 master suites were perfect for our 2 families. We also loved how big, clean, and updated the condo was. The large balcony was amazing too for watching sunsets, eating, and relaxing. The condo was very clean and we also enjoyed walking to several places nearby. Kevin was also super helpful and amazing and was very punctual when we had questions. We will definitely be back!!
