Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and private oasis! You’ll have access to a private pool (April- September). Root for your two favorite teams in the billiards lounge, featuring two 55 inch 4k TVs. The double capacity hammock allows you to stargaze with your favorite person. Go down memory lane with vintage arcade games or You can have a Nerf War to show the kids who’s boss or roast marshmallows around the fire pit. If you are enjoying the pool but don’t want to miss your favorite show, you don’t have to compromise. The outdoor theater features a 150” screen and 8-12 person seating. Rest in this diverse yet quiet neighborhood minutes away from shopping and family fun! You can travel anywhere in the city in 20 minutes. Enjoy a night on the town and then retreat from the hustle and bustle.

Our multigenerational family really enjoyed this rental property. Kitchen is well stocked with blenders, kitchenaid mixers, crock pots and such. Lots of comfy places to sit and rest or eat dinner. The teens loved the game room pool table, and the swimming pool. Nice shady places outside to sit out of the heat. The owners were available by messages for all of our questions. Nice quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly. Plan to stay again.

Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything you could need close by. Our visit was to just relax with cousins and catch up. We are a very mature group (old). Very, very nice outdoor set up. Great correspondence with owner.

Great getaway

We loved the location, pool and game room. 4 teen boys had a great time and all the moms got to hang out and catch up. Communication with owner was fast and helpful. Only thing that could have been better was that the floors needed a good mopping.

So much fun!

We had an amazing time on our annual get away with the grandkids. The house was spotlessly clean with lots of hang out spaces. The backyard is perfect! We enjoyed the pool and all the beautiful rose bushes along with the outdoor theater. Quiet neighborhood with everything we needed near by and an easy drive into the city for sightseeing. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Family Gathering

This property was exactly what we needed. There are local stores nearby that you can go to if needed. The property was very nice. The home has a lot of nice touches that are very accommodating. Great family friendly stay in a quiet neighborhood!

This was a family getaway with four adults and six children. It accommodated us well. The kids enjoyed the game room and there was plenty of room for us to have our own space. Plenty of space for two cars to park under the covered space. The neighborhood was quiet, but location was great as we could quickly access plenty of shops and restaurants. Owner was quick in communication for any questions we had.
