Welcome to Nihilani on Kauai's Lush North Shore. As a guest in this charming townhome, you will enjoy the privacy of two lovely lanais, two separate living areas (with a coffee bar/kitchenette in the downstairs living space), two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a two car garage and lots of beach gear including snorkel equipment, a surf board, kayak, boogie boards, stand up paddle boards, and bicycles. This comfy townhome is perfect for two couples traveling together, or a family with children who like to have their own space! You are steps away from restaurants, shops, groceries, golf, tennis, exercise equipment, and a walk/bike path that runs along the golf course with amazing views of the mountains, palm trees, and the beautiful blue ocean.

Great townhouse in a great location

We had a fantastic time in Kauai and the house was a perfect home base for our Christmas vacation. Very clean and new and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the island. A great place and I highly recommend it!

Best stay possible!

It was our first family vacation with our 9 month old daughter and the place was so well stocked with everything we needed for our family. The place was so clean and updated and having the separate upstairs and downstairs living was awesome as we brought my mom and she was able to have her own space when she wanted. Would stay here again and again.

Staying in Kaua’i on the north shore in Princeville was the BEST! The Vrbo had everything we needed for beach days and we loved the location. The Condo was clean with plenty of supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

Kauai paradise

The location was absolutely perfect, and the rental was spotless. Very easy check-in. It had everything we needed, no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the North Shore of Kauai!

This was a wonderful find - a beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, well-located and comfortable place to stay on the north shore of Kauai. So amazing!

This was place was just wonderful. It was perfect for 2 couples to have plenty of space. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The area was beautiful and we loved the Princeville location. We found some amazing beaches for snorkeling so the equipment at the place was very much appreciated. We didn't need anything but Andrea checked on us anyway and gave us some tips for restaurants and activities.

Perfect Stay in Paradise

Andrea was great to work with. She responded very quickly with any questions that we had. She truly is a perfect host. The townhouse is beautifully decorated, very well stocked and was immaculately clean. It is easily the nicest VRBO that we have ever stayed in. We will be back again. Thank you, Andrea!

Few days on North side

Lovely well stocked unit. Plenty of beach and kitchen supplies. Princeville itself is mostly condos and golf. Have to hunt a bit for access to local beaches. Have to drive to big beautiful Hanalei Bay beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We’ve come to Princeville many times, and we’re very pleased with the cleanliness and communication of the property managers. When I did have questions they were answered in a timely manner. When I requested a late check out, they were wonderful to accommodate me. I would highly recommend staying at this property. We were very pleased.

Wonderful condo. We loved it.

We have stayed in numerous VRBO’s over the years. This unit is our favorite one so far. Every amenity you can imagine is provided. The unit has super comfortable beds and is squeaky clean. All the dishes, appliances, furnishings are nice. You can tell Andrea takes good care of her property. We look forward to booking here again in the future. Thank you Andrea!

I was a psychology professor in Texas for 30 years and I retired in 2018. I love to travel, but I enjoy spending as much time in Kauai and with my grandchildren as possible.
