Whether you prefer sunrise or sunset views over the tranquil waters, this retreat offers a mesmerizing backdrop. Days can be spent fishing, lounging, or utilizing the private dock (boat not included). The circular drive near a point ensures a safe haven for families with kids on bikes. Conclude your lakeside adventures by the fire-pit or grilling on the new gas grill.

Indoor Comfort: This haven provides all you need for a cozy stay. The fully equipped kitchen with a lake view is perfect for home-cooked meals, and the open living/dining room boasts expansive lake views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Excellent home on Lake Murray

We had an excellent stay in this home on Lake Murray. We have rented many homes on the lake and this is definitely one of the best available. The owner was great to work with, and very responsive to our requests. We will absolutely rent this home again in the future.

Lake Days are the Best

This home on the lake was a perfect location for a quiet, calm, and relaxing time for one of our summer trips. Our family enjoyed porch time lakeside daily and boating as well. The town of Newberry was a lovely outing too. We would love to visit this home and Lake Murray again!

What an amazing property. Very well maintained and cleaned. Perfect location. Everything was just as beautiful as described. Leah was a fantastic host and helped my elderly parents by remote unlocking the doors when they struggled with the lock box. We will be booking here again!

Memorial Day Family Trip

We enjoyed this beautiful home on the lake. Although this weekend was rainy and cold, we found comfort being with family and playing games looking out to the lake. When the weather cleared, we rented a boat and jet skis and explored the lake more. The home is in a nice neighborhood we took walks, met neighbors and everyone was so nice and friendly. I would recommend this VRBO!

This property was fantastic and exactly as described. Leah was fantastic throughout the entire process and very attentive to any questions, etc. Property was maintained well and well stocked for a lengthy stay. I stayed in this home for 30 days and had no major issues. Overall I would give this property an A+.

Great place for family and fishing

Great location! Quiet neighborhood. House has enough bedrooms for small gathering of family members. Love the inclusion of a regular coffee pot and the crock pot. Many household items are provided with which to make a meal - just bring the food. Nice dock to fish from or relax on while watching a beautiful sunrise. Room to improve: covers for living room furniture Overall impression: would visit again

Lake Murry April 24

Stayed here for 7 nights with my wife and two daughters 12 & 9. The property was amazing, exactly as described but better. This charming retreat is 5 miles from the nearest convenience store. The host was extremely detailed, we had no questions. Peaceful quiet location with plenty of run ways to enjoy discovering this awesome Lake, or just swimming off the dock. I can’t say enough great things about this property. We loved it and hope to be back soon.

Peaceful Lake Getaway

Our family of 4 had a perfect week at this property. We were looking for a quiet, peaceful place on the water and this was 100% what we were looking for. The screened-in porch was perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning or reading during the day. My husband and boys loved fishing off the dock. The house was so spacious and absolutely homey and cozy. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. We did rent a boat for one day and the company delivered to the property's dock which was so convenient. Definitely want to go back again!

Great family vacation at the lake!

Very nice home and the property is beautiful. Great area for swimming for adults and kids. We tied our huge floating mat to the dock and loved it! Perfect and safe area for the kids to kayak as the main boat traffic is far enough away not to cause concern. We spent most our time on the dock fishing, and the kids caught a 3lb & 5lb catfish along with bass and bream. We brought a bass boat , but didn’t even put it in the water since the fishing was so good and easy right there. There were eight of on us on the dock area fishing at the same time! The flagstone patio area was very nice. Great big view of the lake as well. We’ll definitely go back here as often as we can!

As I've shared with many, she had a passion for all things "blooming" and was an enthusiastic gardener. Although I've lived in various places, I consider this area my true "home." Bloomingail's represents our little piece of paradise and tranquility, and we find joy in sharing its beauty and serenity with others!

Why they chose this property

Since the 1960s, this property has been an integral part of our family with weekend camping trips to the property. The home that sits on the property now was constructed in 1999. Countless weekends and holidays have been shared here, creating enduring memories. From boating and jet-skiing to tubing and swimming, every lake activity has left its mark on this special place. Our mother took immense joy in opening up this beautiful space to anyone willing to spend time here. Recognizing her good fortune, she considered this place a true "home" and desired to extend that sense of blessing to others. In accordance with her wishes, we aim to share her "happy place" with others, confident that they will come to love it as much as we always have!
